Amazing Service and Great Atmosphere!
I recently visited this bar, and I have to say the service provided by Dorothy was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect.
The drinks were crafted to perfection, and the ambiance of the bar added to the overall charm. Dorothy’s recommendations were spot-on, and her warm demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for excellent service, great drinks, and a fantastic vibe. Dorothy truly made it a memorable visit. Will definitely return!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best hotels experience in the region. From checking in to checking out every thing were amazing. Friendly professional welcoming by Eka who showed excellent communication skills and was very helpful. The staff every where in the hotel were smiling and welcoming. The room service was super and the room was well kept, all amenities were available, towels and linens were in excellent condition. Twice daily cleaning providing a good night gesture. The view from my room was stunning and the scent in the room and corridor was wonderful.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this hotel. After leaving, they charged me twice for a room I had already paid for. When I reached out to them, it took forever for them to even admit their mistake. They insisted that I was only charged once, making the process unnecessarily stressful.
It has now been almost a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. They told me to contact my bank, which I’ve done multiple time (twice a week) yet the issue remains unresolved. The hotel has shown no accountability and hasn’t even offered an apology. Each time I contact them, they simply claim the money has already been sent back.
This entire experience has been both stressful and disappointing. I expected better customer service and a faster resolution for an error that was entirely their fault.
