Amazing luxury hotel. Can’t even remember all the nice gestures provided my the stuff. Good big pool, beach. Rooms are large and pretty. All we requested was carried out quickly. Amazing modern tower. Hotel gives you a visit to the Observation room on the 75 floor. Breakfasts are decent. For diamond members there is a special menu and sitting area. A slight disappointment was a very shot happy hour for Diamond members from 5-7. Conrad Dubai offers afternoon tea and light dinner, seems a better option to me.
Anyways Conrad delivers 10/10, amazing hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Wonderfully welcoming and are eager to tend to your need for your stay. Little things such as placing a lens cloth in your room cause they saw that you were glasses as well as providing cable wraps for your longer charger cords. Outstandingly clean and elegant rooms. Bedding would be what you’d expect in an establishment such as this. Bags where in the room before check in was finalized. Amazing staff from the top at Rays bar as well at Rays grill to the lower levels where the pool and other restaurants are. Wonderful pool area with a swim up bar in the adult pool. Lifeguard did his due diligence on make sure there wasn’t any kids in the adult pool. Check out had just as much attention to you as check in. Received a phone called inquiring about when I would be checking out and if i needed any bag service. This for sure will be a staple in my travel arrangements when I am in the area in my travel.

We liked our stay at Conrad. The staff is very very poilte. We appreciate this a lot. There were some issues with the room, one of the switches may functioned and my daughter got a slight shock from touching it, the alarm rang at 12.00 am at night. The staff was extremely helpful when we complained however. They didn’t charge the mini bar bill which was minimal for us and not sure if it is even an exchange for such a thing. The pool was very nice, and the restaurants were fabulous! We enjoyed our half board very much. The buffet was very ordinary and food was not very fresh in most counters. The Asian counter worked the best for us.
We missed seeing the observation deck on our stay.
All in all a comfortable enjoyable stay, but beware of the switch points!

We had a wonderful stay! A special thanks to Joly who made all the arrangements. We stayed in the Deluxe room with a beautiful view. Especially loved the view from the bathtub! We had a couples massage at the Spa which was world class. We had dinner at Ray's Grill and overall had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

LOBBY LOUNGE CAFÈ
Great breakfast for both taste and service. Location is amazing for a morning cappuccino. The way they lay the table is elegant and unique.
Lee and the staff are always welcoming and try their best to make your breakfast very enjoyable.
Also, the bakery is exquisite!
