We liked our stay at Conrad. The staff is very very poilte. We appreciate this a lot. There were some issues with the room, one of the switches may functioned and my daughter got a slight shock from touching it, the alarm rang at 12.00 am at night. The staff was extremely helpful when we complained however. They didn’t charge the mini bar bill which was minimal for us and not sure if it is even an exchange for such a thing. The pool was very nice, and the restaurants were fabulous! We enjoyed our half board very much. The buffet was very ordinary and food was not very fresh in most counters. The Asian counter worked the best for us.
We missed seeing the observation deck on our stay.
All in all a comfortable enjoyable stay, but beware of the switch points!

Conrad has one of the best spas i have ever visited! Therapist Veena was excellent and gave me most relaxing massage ever! As one would expect, it was very easy to book the massage, had a good show around the spa, it is huge with 13 treatment rooms with personal bathrooms, beautiful ambience inside the rooms, the entire treatment was well explained and executed- overall had an amazing experience and relaxation! Highly recommend !
