I had a pleasant stay at Furama Hotel Singapore and was really impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent — close to public transport, plenty of food options, and within easy reach of many attractions. It’s very convenient for both sightseeing and business travel. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked well, and the housekeeping team kept everything tidy throughout my visit. The hotel facilities are also good, with a nice lobby area and helpful front-desk staff who are always ready to assist with anything. What I appreciated most was the friendly and welcoming service. The staff were polite, efficient, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels warm and comfortable, especially after a long day exploring Singapore. For the price, the value is great. It’s a solid hotel in a strategic location with good service and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again on my next Singapore trip.

I have a great stay here. The service was impeccable. There one slight hiccup during the first day, where the bath tub water is hot, even if we turn the knob to cold water. Lucky that issue only occur the first day/night. The following days and night, no issue. We have our own Anytime Fitness fob so i manage to use 2 hours of my time working out there on the last day prior to my family waking up. Very conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Hotel buffet breakfast is also okay. The spread is okay, i would give a rate 4/5. We did some walking to the nearest MRT, and it was not that far. However, might need umbrella if you walking in the noon or rainy time. Car park is alright, we mostly manage to get our family parking allocation, but to bring a stroller alone and opening the lobby door entrance is abit difficult from the carpark. The door is not automated, and required manually pull the door, and need someone else to open to bring stroller in. Manageable, but slight difficult imo.

I rarely write reviews, but Kelvin and Crisa at Waterfall Lounge truly deserve one. I have only been there a few times, yet Kelvin always recognises me and remembers my usual order perfectly. Crisa is also someone I sometimes see at the lounge, and whenever she is on shift her service is just as warm and attentive. Together, they make every visit feel easy and comfortable. Both of them have a way of making guests feel genuinely welcomed. They are friendly, professional, and always thoughtful in the way they check in. Drinks arrive exactly the way I like them, and the timing is always right without feeling intrusive. What really stands out is the consistency. Even with only a few visits, I always feel well taken care of because Kelvin and Crisa create that reassuring, familiar atmosphere. It is clear they both take pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. They are honestly some of the best service staff I have come across. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely good at what they do. Waterfall Lounge is lucky to have them, and guests like me definitely feel the difference. Highly recommended.

The housekeeping lady, Ms Lucy was extremely polite and nice. She greeted us every time she sees us with politeness and a great big smile. This little gesture do makes our day. On one occasion, one of our water pitcher doesn’t work, we went to the front desk and asked for a replacement, we waited for 2 days and still no replacement. We saw Ms Lucy, we told her about the pitcher not working, she said she’s busy and will send to us after her meeting. But within minutes, she comes with a replacement water pitcher. This shows she took pride in her work and her guests are her priority. During our 15 days of stay in room 1806 and 1808, we were truly blessed with such nice staffs servicing our floor. We look forward to going back for our stay at Furama Riverfront at Havelock location. We will highly recommend our friends and relatives this hotel. Lastly, a very big thank you to Ms Lucy for making our stay such a pleasant one. Keep up the good work. We hope you will service our floor when we are back.

Stayed here for a short getaway and honestly, it felt like a home in the middle of Singapore. The location is super convenient close enough to enjoy the fun around Clarke Quay, but still quiet enough to rest comfortably at night. The room was cozy and spotless, with everything I needed to unwind after a long day exploring. What really stood out for me was the team every staff member I met was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choices, and I loved spending some time by the pool just relaxing. Small things like that really made the stay feel more special. Overall, a great place with great people. I’d happily come back again on my next trip to Singapore.
