The housekeeping lady, Ms Lucy was extremely polite and nice. She greeted us every time she sees us with politeness and a great big smile. This little gesture do makes our day. On one occasion, one of our water pitcher doesn’t work, we went to the front desk and asked for a replacement, we waited for 2 days and still no replacement. We saw Ms Lucy, we told her about the pitcher not working, she said she’s busy and will send to us after her meeting. But within minutes, she comes with a replacement water pitcher. This shows she took pride in her work and her guests are her priority. During our 15 days of stay in room 1806 and 1808, we were truly blessed with such nice staffs servicing our floor. We look forward to going back for our stay at Furama Riverfront at Havelock location. We will highly recommend our friends and relatives this hotel. Lastly, a very big thank you to Ms Lucy for making our stay such a pleasant one. Keep up the good work. We hope you will service our floor when we are back.

Excellent staycation, a home away from home. The food was good, the room was great and the service was excellent: shout-out to Mr Selvam Supra of the front office who was simply super! Mr Selvam Supra surprised me with a luxuriously appointed room. Booking my meals along with the room on the app enabled me to save money and time, as it meant I had a table reserved for me in the packed restaurant when I arrived for dinner. The room was very clean and large. The bathtub was not out of place in the commodious bathroom and the rainshower beckoned from the separate shower stall. Located near Havelock MRT Station, the hotel is self-contained with restaurants aplenty and even a 24-hr 7-Eleven convenience store on the ground floor.

Hi, I am very happy and satisfied staying at Furama Riverfront. The rooms are so clean and well serviced. I am impressed with Mary Zhen who was servicing my room. Mary was very diligent. She came twice to try and clean my room and we were so tired and wanted to rest. We were happy for her not to clean just for that night but she appeared again 3rd time and the time was quite late and cleaned up while we were out for dinner. We were very pleased to come back to a clean and neat room! Thanks Mary, you have done a great job and we are very blessed to be served by you.

Pretty average overall. Firstly, the staff were nothing but lovely during check in. After that we didn’t have much interaction. Our room was apparently upgraded complimentary which sounded nice but as I got to the room I couldn’t really tell the difference between the room we’d booked and this apparent upgrade. Again, no huge issue, just not sure why it was touted as an upgrade. During our entire time here our room wasn’t cleaned once. No huge deal as we aren’t troglodytes but once would’ve been nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Everything tasted “funky” for lack of a better word. Now, I’m not a picky eater whatsoever but I found myself regularly stocking up on watermelon and hash browns. The location is fine. It’s a few minutes walk to the Havelock MRT which will get you pretty much anywhere you’d like to go. Overall it was fine. Nothing more, nothing less. I didn’t not enjoy my stay, but I’ve definitely had better stays over here in Singapore.

Don’t waste time or money staying here. Absolutely horrid on every front. Bad location, nothing to do around. Even worse service. Xbox in the room could not turn on so called the concierge at 8.10pm to ask if they could get someone to come up and help us turn it on. Staff on the phone said they would check with their manager and get back to us. Waited until 8.30pm and still no reply, so called back to check. Only then did they send someone up to try and fix it. Lady tried for about 10 minutes but also could not turn it on, so she said she would inform the maintenance staff to come and fix it, and that they would come in about 15 minutes. No one ever came. Furthermore, with our room we were entitled to complimentary lunch and dinner, but were not informed about this. Only when we enquired about the facilities after we had eaten dinner did they tell us that it was included with our room. Coupon was only valid for the day of our stay so we wasted it and the money we had spent ordering food for room service. Room service was also disappointing. Ordered and paid online around 8pm and enquired about it around the same time as our second call about the Xbox as it had been almost half an hour with no update. Food was only delivered at 9.10pm and frankly was very much subpar for its cost even by typical hotel standards. On checking out, tried to get an item from the vending machines on the first floor but vending machine had error and could not dispense. It took almost thirty minutes of asking 3 lobby staff and being told that I had to go up myself to find the restaurant staff (who were apparently in charge of the vending machines) for us to finally get the item. We came for a staycation to celebrate a 6 year old’s birthday. Had 0 expectations and still somehow ended up utterly dissatisfied and upset. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Frankly would recommend you stay somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous service.
