Pretty average overall. Firstly, the staff were nothing but lovely during check in. After that we didn’t have much interaction. Our room was apparently upgraded complimentary which sounded nice but as I got to the room I couldn’t really tell the difference between the room we’d booked and this apparent upgrade. Again, no huge issue, just not sure why it was touted as an upgrade. During our entire time here our room wasn’t cleaned once. No huge deal as we aren’t troglodytes but once would’ve been nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Everything tasted “funky” for lack of a better word. Now, I’m not a picky eater whatsoever but I found myself regularly stocking up on watermelon and hash browns. The location is fine. It’s a few minutes walk to the Havelock MRT which will get you pretty much anywhere you’d like to go. Overall it was fine. Nothing more, nothing less. I didn’t not enjoy my stay, but I’ve definitely had better stays over here in Singapore.

Great location, rooms were good and cleaned regularly. Cindy looked after us really well while we were here, she did a great job of keeping our rooms clean, was really friendly and was great with our kids. Was good having a play area down stairs for the kids to run off any extra energy they hadn't already used at the pool!

Mr. Iskandar is truly a gem and an outstanding example of genuine hospitality. Despite being in his 60s, his energy, warmth, and dedication shine through in everything he does. He greeted us with such politeness and kindness that instantly made us feel welcomed and comfortable. His professionalism and friendliness made our dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s heartwarming to see someone who takes such pride in his work, ensuring that every guest receives the best service possible. Mr. Iskandar’s attentiveness and cheerful personality left a lasting impression on us, and we can confidently say that he is one of the reasons we would love to return again. The food was also beautifully served and delicious, making breakfast here one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you, Mr. Iskandar, for making our visit truly memorable!

When I initially arrived for stay here (first time in Singapore, though we went to Malaysia before) with my parents, I hated it. Note that none of us have ever stayed in other hotels in Singapore before. Firstly, the photos of the hotel available online look very gorgeous and stunning. IRL, it is still pretty but very dated and you can tell a lot of people stay here or have in the past. When we first checked in, we had to ask for slippers and blankets. The pullout bed doesn’t come with any blankets. As a hotel, Furama should supply their own for guests living there. The washing and drying machines broke down when we wanted to use them. They said they were remodelling, so we couldn’t wash our clothes. They have an interesting variety of amenities, from the pretend golf club to two gyms. There’s even a prayer room. There are souvenirs sold downstairs, like tote bags and keychains. Staff are super kind and always available to assist with any concerns guests have. If going to Singapore, you may want to check out other hotels in the area (Sheraton, Holiday Inn, and a couple others). I think Furama may be cheaper than others.

Cindy from housekeeping is absolutely fabulous! She works hard! Her cleaning of rooms is top class & greeting every morning is a ray of light. Asking Cindy for assistance is never a problem. She is so friendly. Well done Cindy on making our stay so comfortable.
