We stayed during the F1 season and found the pricing to be quite reasonable compared to other hotels. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool, gym and other recreational options. Hotel guests also have complimentary access to Anytime Fitness, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. We had no issues using it during our stay. The location was very convenient. Havelock MRT station is just a 5-minute walk away and bus stops are close by making public transport easily accessible. Orchard Road, Chinatown, New Bahru are also nearby, which added to the convenience. Basic amenities are provided in the room, but it's worth bringing your own toiletries like shampoo and conditioner etc if you're planning a longer stay in Singapore. There's a 7-Eleven just downstairs so you can easily purchase anything you need. The room was spacious enough for 2 people, but cleanliness was lacking. Dust was noticeable throughout, especially on the carpet, which didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. The room also felt stuffy. The air conditioning worked well neither too cold nor too warm which made for restful sleep. However, noise insulation wasn’t great so I recommend using earplugs at night. The lifts were often fully occupied and we had to wait frequently which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s good value for money with a convenient location but cleanliness could definitely be improved.

Excellent staycation, a home away from home. The food was good, the room was great and the service was excellent: shout-out to Mr Selvam Supra of the front office who was simply super! Mr Selvam Supra surprised me with a luxuriously appointed room. Booking my meals along with the room on the app enabled me to save money and time, as it meant I had a table reserved for me in the packed restaurant when I arrived for dinner. The room was very clean and large. The bathtub was not out of place in the commodious bathroom and the rainshower beckoned from the separate shower stall. Located near Havelock MRT Station, the hotel is self-contained with restaurants aplenty and even a 24-hr 7-Eleven convenience store on the ground floor.

Hi, I am very happy and satisfied staying at Furama Riverfront. The rooms are so clean and well serviced. I am impressed with Mary Zhen who was servicing my room. Mary was very diligent. She came twice to try and clean my room and we were so tired and wanted to rest. We were happy for her not to clean just for that night but she appeared again 3rd time and the time was quite late and cleaned up while we were out for dinner. We were very pleased to come back to a clean and neat room! Thanks Mary, you have done a great job and we are very blessed to be served by you.

Pretty average overall. Firstly, the staff were nothing but lovely during check in. After that we didn’t have much interaction. Our room was apparently upgraded complimentary which sounded nice but as I got to the room I couldn’t really tell the difference between the room we’d booked and this apparent upgrade. Again, no huge issue, just not sure why it was touted as an upgrade. During our entire time here our room wasn’t cleaned once. No huge deal as we aren’t troglodytes but once would’ve been nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Everything tasted “funky” for lack of a better word. Now, I’m not a picky eater whatsoever but I found myself regularly stocking up on watermelon and hash browns. The location is fine. It’s a few minutes walk to the Havelock MRT which will get you pretty much anywhere you’d like to go. Overall it was fine. Nothing more, nothing less. I didn’t not enjoy my stay, but I’ve definitely had better stays over here in Singapore.

We had celebrated our wedding anniversary here on the 22nd to the 27th of October. Unfortunately the room had not met our expectations. We are truly honored to have gotten the Club Suite for our stay but you can tell that the room is dated. Firstly, the toilet is pretty old and high off the ground which made it difficult for me to sit as I’m quite small and short. the flush doesn’t work so good. And the shower water is soooo bad, no matter how you adjust the hot and cold water, it keeps getting too hot or too cold. it was truly difficult to adjust the shower water. We didn’t even try the bathtub for fear of the same problem with the water. The bed was huge but so flat like there’s barely any support, and the pillows were so bad - no neck support and too soft. The staffs were all so friendly and nice. Iskandar was great at sharing life advice. the other staffs at the hotel restaurants were all so friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff gifted us a few chocolate truffles for our anniversary, and those were really nice. I really honestly encourage the hotel to upgrade their older rooms especially the club rooms because we paid so much and was quite disappointed at the condition of the room. It looks like the hotel is doing well especially with all the events and tours they’re hosting but they aren’t focusing on the room upgrades which is truly important for anyone’s stay. I would not stay here again for a special occasion but i’m thankful for the hospitality of the staff. Giving 3 star because of the staffs, otherwise i would only give 2 stars.
