Overall a good experience and definitely worth the money. The Hotel is between two busy streets, but not far from the next bus stop or subway station. It is also about 7 minutes walk to the River Front Walkway with lots of restaurants and bars for any taste and wallet. We booked a larger room to have some space and the room’s size was just all right. We had a toilet and shower separated with a door, but the sink was directly in the room, which was a bit unusual - but generally not a problem. There was enough furniture and additional household appliances in the room like an iron and ironing board, electric kettle and tea/coffee mugs, enough hangers in the closet. The bed and the mattress was all right - not too soft and not too hard. For me there were 2 negative points: 1. The carpet on the floor was a dark color and a bit shabby, so you can’t actually tell how clean or not clean is the floor. 2. There was a funny musty or moist smell in the room, which would be blown away once the air conditioner was turned on. The same smell but much lighter was on the floor and in the corridor as well. It gave me an impression like no one lived in this part of the hotel for some time maybe, which I actually doubt.

I have stayed here a few times now over a number of years. It looks like the lobby has been renovated since I last stayed: it's now more open and bright (and has a lot of random stuff on display for sale). The new set up includes a small playground and a communal area with vending machines, hot water and a microwave. Since we were staying with a toddler, those extra facilities were a major plus. We were also provided with a good quality crib on request. There were a few negatives (mainly that the room interior is dated and tired) but for the price we got I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Very happy with services provided by the hotel team. Was serviced by Mr Islander and Mr Wijaya. They are very welcoming and understand and also aid us with our morning meals. Small gesture like remembering our usual apple juice and serving it to us was very touching. Happy to stay in this hotel. These two men deserve a praise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable but probably could soon do with updating, particularly in the bathroom. The food we had was consistently of good quality as was the service from the staff. Receptionists were helpful when responding to our queries. The staff in the Waterfall lounge were exceptionally friendly. The location of the hotel is brilliant given it is close to an underground station (Havelock) so enabling ready access to the key sites. Can very much recommend the hotel.

My stay in Furama Riverfront hotel are really enjoyable and satisfying.The staff are very accommodating and friendly most specially the one the name i forgot, She very approachable and very nice to talk with. This hotel is very highly recommended and I want to book here once again in the future. Excellent hotel at great location. Rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels in Singapore. Check in staff was really helpful and helped me check in morning before time. Breakfast varieties are good and ample to fill your stomach. Not much Indian cuisine but overall good. Rooms comes with good view of river and away from city hustles.
