Excellent value for money. Room is very small but cozy. Pool is great. Excellent service from Cindy who was responsible to make up my room throughout the stay. She is very attentive and flexible. Room has been kept spotless. Main disadvantage that the window in the room can't be opened. Also the walls are quite thin unfortunately so can easily hear your neighbours.

Very good service by the many lovely staff. Food and room were decent but a bit dated. However, it was still very comfortable. During breakfast service all the staff were kind and efficient in the service. They made us feel very welcome. The housekeeper Joy Lin was very prompt and helpful to requests and keeping the room clean. Crisna and the bar tender from the club lounge was very friendly and helpful during evening cocktails. Lovely experience. Will return.

Spent 3 nights here and didn’t regret it at all. The location is amazing 5-10 minutes to subway and 5 minutes to bus stop. There are small grocery stores at first floor very convenient. The room is small but well organized. A couple restaurants nearby too. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

I want to shout-out Liza at the front desk check in. She is extremely helpful, supportive and friendly. Aside from that, the hotel is clean and the amenities are decent for a 4 star hotel. The only improvement I would add is the rooms could do with some renovations and the breakfast options could be more continental.

Spent 7 nights at Furama RiverFront and we had a fantastic stay. Liza at the front desk was very helpful, informative and patient with us with all the requests and questions we had. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Booked with Club perks so had daily breakfast buffet which was really nice and quite varied. Our room was cleaned and looked after every day. The location of the hotel is quite good and more or less central to everything we wanted to do and go see. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
