I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a truly wonderful 1 night stay experience from start to finish. The first thing that struck us was the room—beautifully designed, modern, and incredibly spacious. It provided the perfect environment for my family to relax without feeling cramped. The attention to detail in the housekeeping and the overall layout made our stay very comfortable. The hospitality here is top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was polite and eager to help, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. I want to give a special shout-out to Mr. Iskandar for his truly exceptional service. While my family and I were enjoying our complimentary breakfast at the Club Lounge, Mr. Iskandar went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His professionalism, warm demeanour, and proactive approach turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. It is rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail, and he is a true asset to the hotel team. If you are looking for a hotel with great rooms and even better people, I highly recommend staying here. A hotel with a very strategic location and affordable price, surely we will definitely be back!

This will be a living review. I am a coeliac coming to Singapore for the first time. Always nervous about food when travelling. We went to the buffet breakfast provided. Wow. For a GF person there was a lot of options that were not obvious. I cannot thank the Maitre'd enough, an amazingly helpful and funny lady Crisna. She knew what was safe. Between bacon, hash browns, bread, eggs, fruit, cereal we were sorted. Amazing. definitely try the hash browns. The rooms were functional, novel design but good for the cost. The location was quiet. we were on 18th floor, great views. Loving it. Convenience store nearby.

I had a pleasant stay at Furama Hotel Singapore and was really impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent — close to public transport, plenty of food options, and within easy reach of many attractions. It’s very convenient for both sightseeing and business travel. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked well, and the housekeeping team kept everything tidy throughout my visit. The hotel facilities are also good, with a nice lobby area and helpful front-desk staff who are always ready to assist with anything. What I appreciated most was the friendly and welcoming service. The staff were polite, efficient, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels warm and comfortable, especially after a long day exploring Singapore. For the price, the value is great. It’s a solid hotel in a strategic location with good service and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again on my next Singapore trip.

The Furama RiverFront remains a solid choice for travelers who prioritize space and location over modern glitz. Situated conveniently between the vibrant Clarke Quay area and the local charm of Tiong Bahru, it serves as an excellent base for exploring Singapore. -​Generous Space: In a city known for compact hotel rooms, the Furama stands out. The rooms are notably larger than many of its newer competitors, making it a favorite for families with children. -​Prime Connectivity: The proximity to the Havelock MRT station is a game-changer, allowing guests to reach Orchard Road or the CBD in just a few stops. -​Family-Friendly Perks: With an indoor playroom and a decent outdoor pool, it’s clear the hotel puts effort into accommodating younger guests. While the hotel is well-maintained, its age is becoming apparent. Guests might notice slightly dated furnishings, older bathroom fixtures, and carpets that have seen better days. The elevator wait times during the breakfast rush can also be a minor test of patience. ​Overall, I would like to commend the staff for their warm hospitality and making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

I have a great stay here. The service was impeccable. There one slight hiccup during the first day, where the bath tub water is hot, even if we turn the knob to cold water. Lucky that issue only occur the first day/night. The following days and night, no issue. We have our own Anytime Fitness fob so i manage to use 2 hours of my time working out there on the last day prior to my family waking up. Very conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Hotel buffet breakfast is also okay. The spread is okay, i would give a rate 4/5. We did some walking to the nearest MRT, and it was not that far. However, might need umbrella if you walking in the noon or rainy time. Car park is alright, we mostly manage to get our family parking allocation, but to bring a stroller alone and opening the lobby door entrance is abit difficult from the carpark. The door is not automated, and required manually pull the door, and need someone else to open to bring stroller in. Manageable, but slight difficult imo.
