Hotel on the seafront in a very good location close to tourist attractions.
First time in a Park Royal hotel and pleasantly surprised.
Quick check-in, very nice room with sea view.
Ideal hotel for families. Play area in the pool, kid club with lots of equipment, games room for teenagers and a play area with slides.
Excellent breakfast! The best of all our hotels in Malaysia. Lots of choice and everything is very good! The only negative point is that they don't offer freshly squeezed fruit juice. We had to buy them.
We also tried the special fish buffet evening and it was excellent too.
Grilled fish, grilled tiger prawns and, to my surprise, lobster.
I've stayed in a lot of 5-star hotels around the world and this is the first time we've been offered lobster in a buffet - well done, keep up the good work!
The only downside is that the hotel is full, there are lots of people at breakfast and sometimes we have to queue, which is not normal for a 5-star hotel. The hotel needs to be better organised, with more cooks at the egg stands to speed things up, for example.
I would be delighted to return with my family.

I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this one truly deserves praise. The staff service is excellent, the food is fantastic, and the views are stunning. We had an incredible time with both kids and adults enjoying the pool, activity room, and kids' room – everything was well-covered. If you're looking for a short getaway, this hotel is a great choice.

We are feeling both relaxed and energized after spending 4 nights at ParkRoyal. Everything was perfect as mentioned in other top rated reviews. Our teens are not easy to please, and even they were happy with the room, facilities, food & drinks, the beach & pool, and the overall service. Exceptional views of the sea from any spot of the hotel guest area!
On a useful note, make sure you book a room with sea view. We were lucky with an upgrade because I thought we booked sea view. The room we actually booked had a view of the road from a low level floor (sad). Staying in that room would make our experience less worthy. So we are highly grateful to the Staff who let us upgrade to a much better view of the sea.
We will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends if they travel to Langkawi. And most definetely we will stay again if we return. Thank you for providing high quality holiday experience for our family.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The room with the balcony and view were absolutely fantastic! I loved both of the pools. The ground pool was right on the beach and the infinity pool had a gorgeous view of the sea, mountains, and islands. The restaurants served delicious food and all of the staff are so friendly! It’s in a great location next to the famous cenang beach. And they had loads of activities such as beach volleyball, morning Yoga and also a game room with games like pool and ping pong. 10/10 highly recommend.
