First time was really breathtaking, aside from coming in at night, daytime was more majestic✨ The staffs here were well trained and courteous. Food was extremely excellent with vast array of goodness to choose from. Beach access is a huge plus as well as it's pool selection. Kids pool section was also fun‼️ Room however is on a dim side, would much prefer lighting a bit more, but lovin the high tech toilet seat 👍🏻 All in all, if it was with family, would spend it here. But if I were to go solo, I'd much prefer a more natural and laid back style of a hotel/villa. Thank you to the management for making my family's experience a most pleasant stay here 👍🏻✨

I went here just to swim in the pool, as my friend was staying here. The resort is outstanding. It is clean and well kept. It is a large resort with so much to offer. There's a few restaurants and shops to go to. A bar in the pool, so you can drink and have fun without getting out of the water. All toilets on site open up when you enter to use them. So if you're in your room, or out by the pool, the lid lifts, flushes by itself when you've finished and then closes the lid when you leave. This resort is amazing, you won't regret staying here.

Nusa Dua was our first stop on our Bali holiday. It’s a great place to have a few nights before venturing elsewhere. The Mulia Resort complex is incredible - absolutely massive. It’s located at one end of Nusa Dua so is a wee way away from the other resorts etc. The staff are delightful (although coffee service at the buffet breakfast was slow if you sat outside). The food is delicious and there’s a mind-blowing array to choose from. The day spa is fabulous - we had a divine couple’s treatment. Our one criticism would be that our room was damp & musty. I’m not sure if it was something to do with the a/c or the fact it was a lagoon access room. I also wondered if it was due to the general humidity in Bali (but then it hasn’t been an issue at all at our second hotel). The bed linen felt damp, our clothes in our suitcases felt damp…it just wasn’t great. Other than that, absolutely excellent!

A true 5 star resort. Top notch service in every aspect. The designer did not skip on the details. Staff are attentive and friendly. Complimentary kids club and activities for your little ones. The gym is fully equipped for all your exercise needs. All of restaurants are delicious. Beautiful resort that is totally worth your money.
