Furama is undoubtedly a great place to stay...the ambience is beautiful and service also good. We had stayed in pool villa and on request hotel arranged for candle light dinner in lotus pond which was extremely exclusive. The serving guy (forgot his name) was extremely polite and hospitable and ensured we are involved in conversation about Bali and really took good care of us. Cab was immediately arranged to airport as our driver did not turned up. It was great help.Few things like furniture items were bit run down and need replacement as it was cracking while opening and the guy at reception was bit rude, should be more polite. Otherwise i recommend this place

Great service, good breakfast, and wonderful bed. Staff is always very dedicated and kind, keen to help at any time. The hotel in general is fabulous, although we couldn’t get a villa and we think this can make the difference because of the private pool. 100% recommended, him and her massage experience is a must.

Very well taken care of hotel. Its huge, beautiful, tranquil, convenient and offers a view things. All the staff are friendly, greeting you with a smile and ready to assist for your every need. English is understood so its easy to get things. The restaurant offers a variety of food. We only ate dinner there and was not bored by their ambiance and food as we had a good variety. Absolutely loved it, its far from the hotel and other activities but you are guaranteed safety and comfort so it was worth it. Recommend it for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. All staffs are very warm welcoming. I have never seen staff like this. They are so calm and provided prompt service with their best. Loved floating breakfast and breakfast buffet. I would definitely love to visit and stay again. Thanks all staff of Furama.

The room was pathetic. The worst property I've even stayed in. There were curtains on all the windows but nothing in the washroom hence the room lit up like a lamp after sunrise. The curtains were as useful as dishs patanis dupatta. The electric kettle was present but the wire was too small to plug at the allocated place. There were water marks all over the washroom. The bed was so bad that whenever I got whatever little sleep I could manage I woke up with a back pain. We took the lagoon pool villa and the private section of the pool was so shallow that I wouldn't drown even if I lied down. The bath tub was deeper than the pool. The buffet breakfast was the worst I've ever had at any hotel. The buggy service was quick but other than that providing only 2 × 300 ml bottles of water a day is hideous. On top of that you cannot even order extra water after 11 pm as the restaurant closes. The location was very very far but good views. Would never visit again. Follow valispov on instagram for more
