Absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms were great, nice and cool when it was hot outside. Good selection of food for breakfast and evening meal. Evening entertainment was great too. The beach just across the road was perfect and could reserve sunbeds for the next day which saved you rushing about. The roof top pool/ terrace had brilliant views and nice to chill out after a day on the beach

I am writing this as I lay in the hotel bed with a terrible neck pain from the uncomfortable bed mattress after what could have been a nice relaxing siesta after a day at the beach. However nothing beats being given a room with a bathroom sink with the height of just above my knees!!! I am no giant at 1,81m but I did not come to a hotel for this! Absolute joke! Complained to reception only to be met with sarcasm from an unprofessional receptionist who said in her exact words “I cannot change the bathrooms”. What she was not expecting me to say was that I stayed at this same hotel just two weeks prior with no issues. She could have saved herself from acting like a fool by just checking her system. To make matters worst her only solution was a downgrade to an inferior room standard on a 1st floor that I did not pay for neither was I happy to move and waste 1 day of my holiday. Let’s just say if you stink like fried oil every time you go for breakfast for 5 minutes, I can only imagine the smell staying on that floor. No gracias. I have been staying at this hotel on an yearly basis since 2019 and in other hotels of the Meliá chain, but if they treat guests like cattle with no care and proper manners, I rather take my business elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong, at no point was I after a free upgrade or a better room, it is as simple as expecting an adult functional bathroom that I paid for. If a hotel cannot provide this to a paying guest, something is fundamentally wrong! I would have posted this after I leave, but I am curious to see if “Carmen” is going to post a copy paste response like “Shame you did not mention this during your stay”.

Lovely location in the heart of the coastal region. The hotel is huge! Yet with surprisingly small elevators as such. Multiple pools including an adults only one. The buffet restaurant is fantastic! I don't think I have been to a better buffet in my life. The rooms are spacious but have a fair bit of wear and tear. They were clean and functional. Service was good overall but porters took forever to get us our bags. Ice machine wasn't functional several floors up and when I called it was suggested I go to the bar several floors down. Not idea when I wanted ice to deal with a sprain.

Hotel is okay nothing special about it but I'm writing this review just to share my experience with them restaurant across the street called La cabana!!! It's one of the most bad services in my life!!! It took forever to get our food, around one hour and 15 minutes( some people get after as and got them food before us) I understand that it could be busy but they should inform us that it would take time to get food because we are busy unfortunately! Then I said to my self it's okay it happens sometimes!!! But No the terrible service didn't end here!!! I had to go be myself to ask for the bill for 2 times and wait again for 10 to 15 minutes to get the bill!!!!! And then when I was telling them about my experience the person who's working there told me relax!!! Just relax!!!! No sorry no nothing!!! Just one word Relax!!!!!!!

Rooms are large but not plush with everthing you need including a fridge. Balcony with seaview. Great walk in shower. Room was very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Entertainment in the bar in the evening was unexpected but enjoyable. Huge range of items to choose from at breakfast and all very fresh.
