We recently stayed at the wonderful hotel. As a family of 4 we find the rooms to be large enough to accommodate us all and our belongings. The communal area of the hotel are kept in pristine condition with the pool area being particularly well looked after. We loved the hotel's policy that sun loungers cannot be reserved - the life guard politely removed and kept safe any towels that were left unattended for prolonged periods of time meaning there were enough loungers to go round.
We'll most definitely return here, we had a wonderful holiday!

Our room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels replaced. The facilities in the room like hair dryer or lights are a bit old but all in good working condition.
However this place is NOT for adults without kids. There are way too many kids in the pool. If you have kids, I’m sure the kids can have good time here and play with lots of friends. If you are adults who just want to chill in sun-bed, unfortunately you'll get hit consistently by the splash of kids playing ball in the pool or jumping into the pool.
The management of the hotel can be improved as well. Even though it’s not allowed to put towels on sun bed before 10:45am, seat occupancy is still rampant. More ridiculously, there was a woman occupying 3 sun beds even without towels on them. She just say her family are getting drinks for everyone who wants to take the seat.

Great hotel with excellent entertainment. 5 pools and beachfront. Plenty to do and fabulous location close to several attractions. All staff were very pleasant and professional. Great stay.

Hotel is stunning from the outside, reception is lovely and looks out onto the pool
And sea but unfortunately after that was very disappointing. We stayed for 8 nights and room was cleaned badly every day we were there. A number of times it was after 4pm
And the room still wasn’t touched they we had to get onto reception to get it cleaned. Surfaces were never wiped down, stain on the bedside table proved this, dirty towels were not taken and left in the bathroom, and no toilet roll given. We had to ask reception for our bed to be changed after a week which isnt great. Maybe they give their attention to their “premium” customers 🤷♀️ very disappointed for the price of it. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend

There’s a lot to love about this hotel. Some might not like the location, but I think it’s perfect. It’s away from the crowds on a great stretch of beach. The hotel is airy and immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and professional without being gushy.
On the negative side, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. That’s a biggie for me and I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of them. Even though they brought me a topper, I’ve woke to back pain three days running. Another issue is the housekeeping which is lackluster at best. The final issue is the placement of the toilet in the bathroom. For someone tall or large, it’s extremely tight and uncomfortable. The layout wasn’t thought out very well.
