It is a new hotel, with nice rooms (good beds and bath rooms). Very clean. Great service. The location is also good in mid-town. Lobby is very very small with very little space to hang-out. Breakfast we recommend to roam around the city, so many places around. Day 1 we had some issues not having hot water, but by night (and some convincing) the hotel moved me to another room with hot water -thanks!

My room, situated on a high floor, was spacious and thoughtfully appointed, providing a immaculate comfortable retreat after a long day of travel. Avoid the rooms that are right next to the elevators (x02 & x03) as they are very noisy 24 hours a day. The rooms are marginally larger than most hotels in this midtown area, but not by much. The breakfasts (when included) are a very good start to the day. Staff are thoughtful and always greet you on your return

Stayed here for a long weekend trip. There was constant construction noise right outside my window even throughout the night. The blinds were broken, fruit flies in the bathroom. Pillows were uncomfortable. The water took forever to get hot and when it got hot, it was impossible to control it to the right temperature. Water pressure was pretty much non existent. It was basically due to gravity. For what the cost is, I don’t think it was worth it. It is nice that it’s convenient to the Penn station and other subways.

We held a regional meeting at this location last week. The staff was all so accommodating and kind. The front desk workers even remembered my name and would greet me upon return. The rooms were very clean and the location was very convenient. We had some scheduling issues come up but the events manager was able to find a solution for us. The catering from Burgerology was great and had good variety. Thank you for helping make our event a success.
