For a budget hotel it's great, it's on international drive and it's close to universal and can see close up of volcano bay. Can promise anyone it's well worth the dollar. It has a really good restaurant. We will be going back to this one for 3 weeks and the last week is going to be universal cabana bay 28 days of fun this august.

This hotel was sweet! Can't get any closer to Universal. Universal aside, the location of this hotel is actually close to just about everything! Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the pool and Volcano Bay. Parking is a breeze and the 24 hour convenience store is very appreciated. The only complaint I have to give is that only 3 floors have ONE washer and ONE drier each. Unless you do your laundry at 7AM, good luck trying to do your laundry as those machines are always going to be used. Hotel needs a dedicated laundromat with multiple washers and driers.

Good prices for Veterans rates. Was told I had King and they offered poolside to be quiet, unfortunately when I got to the hotel I had to fight for a king size bed, which I requested 2 weeks prior and was put on a ground floor next a busy loud road. Freezer was small and bent up where so it couldn’t be used. So far not impressed at all and I would advise to ask lots of questions at a different hotel. Was told Universal was across the street Waiking distance! Wrong again7 min driving away!

The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel. Close to downtown. Great pool. The hotel is literally next to 5 different restaurants. Walking distance to shopping and transit right at the foot steps of the hotel. Clean room and facilities. Beds are a little soft too my liking but I'm picky. Need need larger pillows. Big shower, mini fridge, desk with chair and free cable. Very affordable. A great hotel.

The woman that checked me in was cool. started cold, but warmed up. I asked if Amazon could be delivered and she said yes. She didn't mention it was $10 per package. One order from Amazon was delivered in three packages. Though I expected one package, they were all there at the same time. Charged $30. Felt like dirty pool. Getting the packages, the workers had such attitude. Saying the business center was closed, then rolling their eyes, moving the sign to the side and said can I help you. Hard to keep cool, but did. The rooms were large. It is motel like exterior facing doors, but hotel feel, A large campus with a lot of dog friendly areas. Location is great. Being informed of the cost of deliveries and not being charged for three separate packages for one delivery seemed unfair. Not being told wasn't fair either. I wouldn't have ordered anything if I knew.
