I’ve been at this hotel for about a week and a half now. Overall stay has been great besides the incredibly rude front desk attendant that works the evening shift! The AC in my unit hasn’t worked since the day I arrived, only blows hot air! I’ve brought this to the front desk attention numerous times and I’m always told a maintenance worker will come service it, yet no one has ever come! Went to the front desk again tonight politely asking for a maintenance to service the AC and was yelled at by the extremely rude front desk attendant. This man has zero customer service and should not be running a hotel solely! I’ve witnessed him be rude to other customers/guest previous to my unsettling experience with him! Besides being extremely rude, he makes guest feel uncomfortable to ask for basic amenities that you’re paying for as a customer! It’s 9pm and my room is currently 80 degrees and still no maintenance has come. Other than this my stay here has been quite pleasant! Would absolutely love to stay here again if something can be done about this! Sincerely, a paying customer.

Surprised with a $100 deposit upon check in. My bathroom light didn't work. No appliances worked. Tried to take a day to relax from going to the parks. They were doing construction on the room across the hall, all day till 9pm. Sounded like someone was walking a laundry cart up and down the hallways till midnight. And then a smoke detector went off for hours. Would not recommend!

DONT NOT STAY HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE- TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE I stayed here recently for a couple days and everything was horrible. 1) An extra deposit was due at the front after paying a deposit online 2) The TV did not work 3) A humidifier was in the room hence they have mold somewhere 4. Paid for queen size beds and got too full size that were on the floor. 4) inhabitable, it should be condemned 5) no amenities, no room service 6) no one speaks English 7) Ants on the sink the the bathroom 8) shower was filthy, I showered with shoes on 9) Pictures on Google are not up to date If I could leave no stars I absolutely WOULD!!

I waited a while before posting this review because I wanted to see how I felt after I let things settle. Well here I am. I stayed at this hotel over new years while visiting Universal Studios. Huge mistake!! 1. I arrived the middle of the night before. I tried calling a few times to see if I could add pay for 1 extra night to stay early. No answer!! drove to hotel after resting at rest stop. The staff person was asleep in the worker area. he said I lied and didn't call until I showed him my call log. Then he said the phones dont work. 2. We got a room, it was horrible!!! there was black spots on the ceiling. The 2nd night I was there I woke up to use the bathroom and there was a friend in the bathroom that ran under the door. roaches!!! I didn't leave because I didn't know where to go that I could afford. I had already asked them to clean it cause it was pretty dirty. I did complain about the roaches. The next day I started feeling sick. I was afraid if I complained to much more would they kick me out or do something spiteful. The only plus, there was no bed bugs. The next day a friend came to my rescue and helped me move to a different hotel. We moved about 11pm. I never have been so happy to move hotels ever!!!! we went through every article we owned to make sure we didn't take any friends with us! Not fun at almost midnight. But I took like an hour shower when we got to our new place and checked everything again there too. A bit about me, I don't mind a budget hotel as long as there are no uninvited friends and it's clean.

We stayed here to go to Universal. They had a very convenient location. We got there and the shower curtain was ripped but they had maintenance there within 20 minutes to fix it. The next day my 2 year old had an incident with a blowout diaper and house keeping came and took care of it (which I felt really bad about). The pool was nice. Zero complaints about this place
