The hotel was great, but unfortunately there was work getting done to the pool area. So it was a bit noisy during the day. Best to head out and explore and hopefully it will have quietened down when you got back

My husband took me here for my birthday. We knew there were working on the outdoor pools and the new lidl across the road. We decided to take a chance on it, so glad we did. The food was excellent ,staff were very friendly especially the two girls , Dianna and Eva who took the yoga classes etc. Not forgetting the life guard Paul. The hotel was dated and a bit worn but we were informed they were starting to revamp everything this year coming. In a good location with good public transport which was just outside of the hotel. We could recommend it. Also our room was always warm. With a good view. We will probably go back again.

Went to benidorm for the first time. Stayed in the melia. Very comfortable beds was absolutely huge enough to fit at least 6 people. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast buffet was huge. So many selections. Poolside bar and lots of activities for families including a children's corner and arcade. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing room on the 19th floor . The facilities were excellent and the accommodation was spacious. We enjoyed breakfasts in The Level lounge/dining area with first class service! We ate dinner in the main dining room and the food was tasty, well presented with plenty of choice. There were lots of young, male and female Spanish footballers staying from many regions of Spain. They were polite and a joy to see them enjoying their competition!

The hotel was booked for group of 15 of us on stag we arrived checked in all ok and went straight down to hotel bar and we all agreed the bar was by far the best served pints around Benidorm tasted so good. The lifts for the hotel are very slow, the rooms don’t have good lighting & the balcony has no light on ours either. We went to beach one day came back and brushed off the sand to which you would have thought they would clean the floor but they whole 4 days we stayed not once did the floor get cleaned ! The head board as shown in photo was flaking of onto my bed all the time which was anoyying !
When we arrived the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance which we wasn’t notified about at all before booking or arriving a hotel ! This wasn’t what we paid for 😡😡 the hotel said use the indoor pool but they never once mentioned we couldn’t use the pool without paying for a swim cap ! I put my swim cap on the side near tv & the cleaner binned it on second day so £4 just to use swimming pool indoor consisting we paid a lot of money to stay this was a joke.
The hotel bed and breakfast was actually alright to be honest but could do with some better selections of drinks !
