Amazing hotel for mountain bikers and cyclists. Great bike facilities incl. lockers, washing place, bike stand and tools
The location is amazing for cycling due to its vicinity to trails and tranquil roads.
The food is amazing - fresh, varied and delicious.
The staff is extremely friendly.
The views are stunning!
All in all it was a perfect bike holiday at the costa Blanca.

2nd time staying in 2 months. Good value. On first impressions very nice but on closer inspection rooms show a bit of wear and tear. January stay was excellent and staff were superb, a month later quite a different experience and not so great. Not hating but won't stay a 3rd time

I paid for dinner at the hotel for my elderly parents, not eating myself. The camarero would not let me in to be with them to assist despite their obvious disabilities and need for help. Very inconsiderate. Don't eat there!

I don't recommend this hotel.
I was very disappointed with the hotel manager's unwillingness to accommodate a simple change to my reservation during the off-season. I made a mistake when booking my stay and accidentally entered the wrong dates. I immediately contacted Booking.com, who were very helpful and offered to assist me in changing the dates. I was willing to pay a penalty for the mistake, for the change, but the manager insisted that I cancel my reservation and book a new one. I booked it just yesterday for my parents trip which starts tomorrow, so yes i didn't booked the refundable option, because they are flying tomorrow, so i figured it wouldn't be needed, but mistakes happen and the manager refused to help, so i am very frustrated and i don't recommend anyone to book this hotel as they didn't want to help paying customer even though offered to pay extra charge upfront or at the desk since coming in less than 24hrs to the city... just FYI

DISAPPOINTED!
We booked a villa in May to come for 3 days to celebrate Christmas and the first birthday of our youngest.
We needed a villa as our youngest is a baby, so we needed a place to prepare food and a separate room for me and the baby.
The hotel cancelled our villa booking only 2 WEEKS before Christmas and the only option they could offer after negotiations were 2 adjacent rooms. But then we would have a kitchen and there is no full board option at the hotel.
Now we have to rearrange our Christmas just 2 weeks before our trip and it is not easy to find something last minute!
Be careful when
