One of the best hotels I have been. The staff was really kind and the service was superb. The meals were superb and and had variety of choices. The beach was really clean and beautiful. We had our family get together function there. We were given a great support to organize the event by the hotel. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the place was calm and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the food. Not only was it delicious and up to the highest standard, but the staff also made sure to treat us with a smile every time. They even went above and beyond by preparing a special food portion for my 11-month-old child upon request, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. Overall, the service at this hotel was superb. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service. It truly is a must-try place for anyone visiting.

Amazing Welcome gave from guest relations Sandu lady and it was felt like great warm hospitality in Sri Lanka. We never felt we are guest here. Amazing start from the beginning. The hotel is really good and we are fully satisfied with the service.. food is excellent..everything superb.. special need to mention the lifeguards wow they doing such an amazing duty👍😍 Eden never getting bored.. superb service. Me and my husband are stayed at the Occidental Eden Beruwala for two nights for long weekend, June 2024. The staff were so welcoming us very friendly and did the quick checking. Special thanks to Ms. Tania and friendliest staff I have meet. The hotel is beautifully maintained, nice pool, lovely environment. We booked deluxe rooms with a pool view. The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities. The buffet Breakfast, lunch and dinner were brilliant and had so many options to choose such as grill foods, deepfry foods, instant spaghetti and other main dishes, salads and delicious dessert. we enjoyed our meals with lovely live music. It is a wonderful place to see a group of people who spend time with the guests very friendly and enthusiastically. All the staff are truly amazing and beautiful, and they work so hard to make our holiday an amazing experience. Thank you very much the management and from the reception staff to cleaning  staff who looked after us from the moment we arrived till departure. Everything was beyond expectations. Thanks once again to the family of Occidental Eden Beruwala the support given to us make our vacation very comfortable.

We spent two nights at the Occidental Eden Beruwala with our three children. Had a fantastic experience. The hotel provided us with excellent service from the moment we arrived and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Sandushi was a friendly and helpful employee. My children still recall her amazing assistance. Their flexibility and warmth truly made a difference in our experience. The hotel's service was outstanding; every inquiry was answered with a genuine grin and offer of assistance. In addition, the hotel's cuisine was excellent. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was an exceptional feast that made us desire more. I would especially like to thank the restaurant staff for making my seven-month-old a baby meal. We value the hotel's dedication to maintaining a green environment everywhere. All things considered, we had an amazing time at Eden Resort, and we heartily endorse it to anyone searching for a special and delightful family vacation. We are eager to come back!
