Our stay at the hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, offering stunning views of both the pool and the ocean. It was the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The food was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of both local and international dishes. They were always ready to help with anything we needed. It’s also a wonderful place for families — our kids especially loved the pool and the amazing food. We recently stayed at Club Dolphin and had a mostly wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were initially allocated rooms on Level 3, quite far from the restaurant, bar, and main amenities. With elderly parents and an infant, it was very difficult to move around, especially since the elevator wasn’t working. Once we communicated our situation, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. A special thank you to Lakmal and Naduni for their exceptional service. They quickly arranged for us to be transferred to two villas, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciate their attentiveness and care. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The buffet was excellent, offering a huge variety of dishes along with multiple action stations. Overall, we had a great stay thanks to the amazing service and hospitality. Highly recommend Club Dolphin!

We visited shortly after Cyclone Ditwa, and given the significant devastation in the area, we were impressed by how well the resort was presented and operational. The pool is fantastic — one of the largest and most enjoyable we’ve ever seen. Our kids absolutely loved it and spent hours there every day. The hotel grounds are peaceful and beautifully maintained in a natural style, with direct access to a lovely beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are perfectly adequate for a resort of this style, though they could use a few small improvements. In our family room, the extra beds only had light blankets rather than proper quilts or duvets, so the kids ended up climbing into the main bed with us for a cosier sleep. Overall, a great choice for a relaxed family beach holiday — highly recommended!

Their energy, enthusiasm, and engaging activities kept both the adults and children entertained throughout. They created such a lively atmosphere, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment with them.
