We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily give this hotel a 4.5-star rating. The beachfront location was excellent and made the whole experience feel relaxing and special. The standout highlight of our stay was the staff — incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming throughout. The amenities were top-notch, with excellent pools, sports facilities, a well-equipped gym, and a fantastic spa. The spa in particular deserves special mention — it was an authentic Ayurvedic spa, and the massage was quite honestly the best I’ve ever had. Truly relaxing and deeply therapeutic, and a real highlight of the stay. The food itself was high quality and very enjoyable, with live cooking stations, food demonstrations, and a dedicated gluten-free and healthy corner, which we really appreciated. As vegetarians, the only small challenge we faced was that vegetarian dishes were not always clearly labelled or immediately obvious, and the variety could occasionally feel limited. Clearer labelling would make an already excellent dining experience even better. The animation and entertainment team were also brilliant — engaging, energetic, and always ensuring there was something happening, which added a great buzz to the hotel. Overall, a fantastic hotel offering excellent service, facilities, and atmosphere. We would happily recommend it and would love to return.

My stay was extremely pleasant and memorable. The room was exceptionally good and very clean, which clearly reflects the hard work and dedication of the housekeeping team. They put in tremendous effort every day to maintain such high standards of cleanliness. I would also like to appreciate the food, which was absolutely delicious. The kitchen staff provide excellent support to the hotel by preparing tasty meals and ensuring guests are satisfied. Furthermore, I would like to commend the entire staff, from the reception team to every staff member, for their kindness and professionalism. No matter the situation or how busy it was, they were always ready to assist without hesitation. This is a hotel I can confidently recommend to anyone. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We hosted our corporate day outing with an extended evening at Club Dolphin Hotel, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Everything was well organized and managed smoothly. The lunch buffet had a massive food spread, with good variety and great taste. The quality of food was very good and everyone enjoyed it. What really stood out was the staff and service—very courteous, attentive, and supportive throughout the event. They handled our requirements efficiently and with a positive attitude. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a perfect venue for corporate events. Highly recommended!

A special mention goes to Mr Asiri, the Supervisor at the reception. His service quality was outstanding—very professional, courteous, and attentive. He handled everything efficiently and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Excellent hospitality and great service overall.
