We had a wonderful stay at Club Hotel Dolphin, Negombo.The food was very good, with a wide variety of options to suit both adults and children. Every meal was enjoyable, and the quality and taste were consistently impressive. The hotel offers plenty of activities for both kids and adults, making it an excellent choice for families as well as groups. There was always something to do, and the entertainment kept everyone engaged throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, which truly enhanced our experience. A special mention goes to Mr. Lakmal, who was exceptionally supportive and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, Club Hotel Dolphin is a great place for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. We highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at Club Dolphin. We stayed during the Christmas season. The staff were friendly and helpful.Hotel room was clean, spacious, and lovely balcony view. The hotel has a beautiful garden area. There are some villas also. Even though the hotel was quite busy, it never felt crowded because there was so much space. The largest pool, play area, and direct beach access offered plenty of options for both relaxation and fun. There were enjoyable daily activities, evening shows, and kids’ club. The buffet was well organized and food was absolutely great. Overall, it was a well-rounded experience—perfect for families and for anyone looking to unwind with good food and excellent amenities.

We visited shortly after Cyclone Ditwa, and given the significant devastation in the area, we were impressed by how well the resort was presented and operational. The pool is fantastic — one of the largest and most enjoyable we’ve ever seen. Our kids absolutely loved it and spent hours there every day. The hotel grounds are peaceful and beautifully maintained in a natural style, with direct access to a lovely beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are perfectly adequate for a resort of this style, though they could use a few small improvements. In our family room, the extra beds only had light blankets rather than proper quilts or duvets, so the kids ended up climbing into the main bed with us for a cosier sleep. Overall, a great choice for a relaxed family beach holiday — highly recommended!
