Thaala Bentota is truly one of the best hotels I’ve visited recently. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality—it genuinely made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Mr. Rohan Gamage, the General Manager, for organizing a truly memorable experience for us. The *Awurudu celebration* they hosted was beautifully done, filled with culture, joy, and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The entire staff went above and beyond throughout our stay—their friendliness and attentiveness were unmatched. The food was absolutely delicious, and what made it even more special was the chef personally checking in with us to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see that level of care! Without a doubt, Thaala Bentota stands out for its amazing staff, warm service, and exceptional hospitality.

We were pleased to stay in Thaala Bentota for 1 night. The staff were friendly and they updated our room and sent us cake once they knew we are in Srilanka for our honey moon. The room is spacious, clean and has pool/ sea view. The hotel is a one minute walking away from the sea. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants. The food was good in both of them. It’s highly recommended. ⭐️ Many thanks to all the staff.
