All-Inclusive

If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).

We had a fantastic stay at The Blue Water Hotel in Sri Lanka. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and always helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Dilshani, who took exceptional care of us and made our stay truly memorable. Her kindness, attention to detail, and warm attitude made a real difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here. Staffs are helpfull and friendly. Location also calm and peaceful. No disturbance or any vehicle notices. Beautiful sea. The only thing we didn't feel little low is taste of the food that served on buffet. Its not bad or anything, its okaywish. We was expecting more delicious taste from them but it didn't happend. The location needs some technical upgrades like the elevator, play area, TV system.

Stayed at Blue Water for 3 nights en route to other destinations in Sri Lanka. The meet & greet was good and we were escorted to our room without delay. Room was fine and nothing too major to worry about (only a leaking shower tray). A/C wasn’t working correctly so disabled by maintenance staff as it couldn’t be fixed. The hotel is quite isolated so little close by option to sample local cuisine though tok-toks always available. Staff friendly though painfully slow to serve you (25 mins for a glass of wine) during our visit the hotel wasn’t anywhere near full so don’t know why… pool side staff also missing in action, 25 mins to locate someone to provide a pool towel. Food selection for breakfast very good, limited for other meals. Spa was outstanding though ! All that said would probably come back

Stayed here earlier this week. Superb location. Great view. Rooms were a little old and tired for sure. However great service by Malindo at the restaurant was a big plus. He was there each day with equal enthusiasm and support. Housekeeping staff Ayeshma, Sasindu and Divankar were also cheerful, supportive and kept our rooms as clean as possible. Thank you to the team above.

We visited Blue Water as outside guests in the evening with friends and family, spending time in the lobby enjoying live music along with some evening snacks and tea. From the moment we arrived, Chamodi provided exceptional service, she was welcoming, attentive, and highly professional, making us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. Chamodi went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant and relaxed experience. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly stood out. It’s staff members like her who elevate the overall experience and leave a lasting impression. We are truly grateful for her outstanding service and highly recommend her to anyone visiting the hotel.
