We are a family of four and spread out in a seaside villa which was spacious and immaculate. Breakfast had an endless array of delicious options. The hotel pools and gardens were inviting and relaxing. I end by commending the staff. To say they were attentive, friendly and courteous is an understatement. We so enjoyed our stay!

Very nice hotel. Good location. Excellent service. Nice personal. Breakfast depending on time of the day queues for 5-10 min if you want to sit outside. Only negative: Airport nearby and you have some planes flying directly overhead when they are starting - not too noisy. But you will notice.
Have booked for next year again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Service is incredible — everyone is incredibly nice and will stop at nothing to make sure you’re satisfied with your stay. Such a beautiful property as well, with good dining options on the premises and in the area. It is kid-friendly, but there are adult-only areas as well.

The Hotel has a very welcoming reception upon arrival but it was very disappointing that a 5 star hotel that is considered exclusive luxury hotel does not have AC for breakfast . The rooms finishing in the main hotel are renovated and modern but the rooms that are bungalow family has very old finishing as we are a group of 7 we had rooms in different areas of hotel , the room looks very dated in terms of interior and does not meet a 5 start hotel standard at this rate .
The service is not great , our rooms were not cleaned , there water water dripping from ceiling and after we complained the maintanance kept the equipment and a dirty towell inside . The pool and beach service is very slow . The Italian restaurant had no AC and you’re in a high end resort supposedly . We also received dirty Robes I have attached a photo of the dirty robes and they look soo old .
The gym is nice size but it is old equipment .
