Beautiful hotel with a touch of charm. Big room, settee and balcony, stunning views overlooking the bay and Old Fort. Definitely a quality hotel.
Good range of food options for both breakfast (including freshly collected honeycomb, and "champagne"), and dinner. Exception is limited choice for vegetarians.
The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, a pleasure to be with. They undoubtedly added the X factor to our stay.

I spent with my wife and our little toddler an amazing three nights.. I can say that location is the best in Corfu, charming sea view and 6 minutes walking distance to the old town.. breakfast is a mix of intercontinental with Greek specialty food. Loved it! Staff are kind and helpful..

This is the perfect hotel to stay when visiting Corfu. With Corfu town a 5 minute walk away, with all it's history, and a walk along the coast directly in front of the hotel there is something for everyone. Will be recommending to friends and family with the possibility of a return visit one day.

Just a 10 minute walk to the heart of Corfu's Liston, I had partial fort views from my sea-facing room (just past the road, though). It is a lovely place for Christmas season, as it is so festively decorated. But also nice other times of the year. I like the low season rates and quiet, although they strangely put guests in both rooms next to mine on my recent low-season visit even though the hotel was 80% empty. Why???
Rooms are extremely dated, but I don't mind as it helps to keep the prices down. Expect everything to be worn and shabby.
Breakfast is fine. Winter-friendly facilities are limited (no indoor pool, nor steam room nor sauna), which is unfortunate, as Corfu gets a bit chilly.
Not necessarily warm service, but reliable.
It was bought by a Dutch company in mid-2023. I am curious to see if they remodel it during the 2024-5 winter, or whether shabby rooms are just part of their plan.

OK, the old girl is a little tired, but very clean and tidy. The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy ,but could do with a bit of refurbishment, but saying this , it did not detract from our stay, as the views and the location far outweigh any work that needs addressing. The pool area is really good, deep pool , plenty of towels and sunbeds, umbrella's. The main thing that made the stay special for us was the Food!! We had the half board option, bed breakfast and evening meal, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, freshly squeezed orange juice, hot and cold breakfast items all lovely and fresh, and a great coffee to follow. We syed 5 days, and ate in the restaurant every night and had something different almost every time, you got 3 courses plus a choice of desert, and we both agreed this was some of the finest food we have ever had, such a variety and imaginative choices. WOW. On a trip like this we would normally eat out at leastva couple of evening s to try the local fare, but no need to . The Palace exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for fine food and a great location ,only minutes walk to the old town 5 stars for us
