This has been my go-to hotel whenever I’ve needed to stay in Dubai over the last few years, and for good reason will continue to be so. From excellent hospitality to a breathtaking view. I get a truly luxurious experience in the atmosphere adorned with the touch of the Arabian peninsula it so very much resides on, with Ahmed ready to greet me upon every entry with a smile and Arabic coffee in hand. And if I ever find myself having any difficulties, the hotel staff are readily there to assist, and I’m compensated for my troubles, which I highly appreciate.

Mr. Walid was attentive and greeted us warmly upon arrival.
He promptly took our orders and ensured that our drinks were refilled throughout the meal.
-Mr. Walid checked on us regularly to ensure everything was satisfactory and offered dessert options at the end of the meal.
-He was knowledgeable about the menu items and was able to answer our questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods.

Everyone is kind and especially Muzammil is very nice and made my family happier.
I spent time at Dubai Mall just by walk.
The hotel restaurant also good.
If you stay this hotel, You can have a very comfortable and good trip in Dubai.

Everything is great about the hotel except the air freshener which is toooo much. I literally want to wear a gas mask every time I walk in the common areas of this hotel.
I don’t think it is healthy and environmentally friendly.

I even brought my friend with me.
We enjoy the view of panorama Dubai city and an excellent service. The team is fantastic specially housekeeping team , all reception members and the conversations with Zineb is endless. Thank you the Address group for having such a lovely Team. We love it here!
