Overall it is a great place with maximum professionalism. Located in busy street with great access to adjacent metro station and malls. Safe place for family and couples. Excellent service with good guidance to explore local places. Buffet was excellent with adequate varieties. Rooms were neat, with great room service. Note: No health faucet available in toilets, which Indians could find difficult

Staff were all pplye and helpful apart from them the location was probably the best part of the hotel although still not easy to get to some parts of the city on public transport, found it easier just getting grab to and back from certain places. Big mall just down the road and plenty of shops, massage etc nearby. Room was pretty dated and smelt of fish when we got in there. Rooftop pool was quite nice but drinks overpriced and busy not that easy to get a space to sit by pool. Breakfast was very basic compared to the exceptional breakfasts we'd been accustomed to elsewhere in Thailand. Don't think any of us finished anything we had even the coffee a must for me in the morning was left. Gym very dated and missing basic equipment. Think the whole place could do with an update.

Rooms are fairly clean and well maintained. The outlets in the rooms accommodate 120V or 220V power common to European or North American homes. I’m not sure about the Australian plug type. The doormen are very nice and always willing to help you find your way to your planned location. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t get their names.

Very nice staff.. respectful, helpful and efficient. The suites are a bit older but very comfortable and amazingly spacious. Pleasantly surprised. Room service and housekeeping is good and quick. The coin laundry onsite was really useful.. other hotels should offer this. Good location, considering Bangkok traffic. Easy to get a cab or a grab. Couple of good spas also nearby.

We had an enjoyable three night stay here during our short stay in Bangkok. The hotel is ideally located close to transport links, making it very convenient for travelling around. The staff are super friendly and extremely attentive. The hotel itself and the rooms were brilliant and clean. I did find that the rooms were quite loud - especially since we were staying on the top floor. You would think that some of the most expensive rooms wouldn’t be so loud. Our room was directly below one of the restaurants so every night it was very loud with the noise of chairs against the floor until very late. The hotel restaurants and bar were amazing, with lots of food choices and options. However the breakfast, whilst it had good options, was chaotic. The room in which breakfast was held was very loud and made for a stressful experience so we only ate breakfast here once and chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of our trip. The facilities in the room were mostly great, with a very comfortable bed and amazing views of the city from our window. The shower however was not enjoyable as the temperature and pressure fluctuated dramatically every time you used it, no matter what time of day. Overall a very pleasant hotel that we would suggest to others who stay in the city due to its convenient location.
