The hotel is great all staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great quite a large variety. Some malls are close like walking distance and some need to take cars. “The only issue is when we first arrive someone should take us to our room for some explanation. Even where are the lift are at the first place and on which floor is the room.” They just handover the keys nothing more. Work on this for next time. Our interconnecting room was fabulous with all kitchen amenities.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, it completely blew all my expectations after reading reviews of people saying to stay in the Hotel side and not the residences side, so glad we didn't listen! The rooms were huge, 70 m², had a full kitchen, large living area with couch, coffee table, dining suite, office area and a large bedroom and huge bathroom, two cupboards with an ironing board/iron safe etc everything you could possibly want, plus you had the use of two swimming, one being the one over on the Hotel side which is also where breakfast was served, so many choices at the breakfast buffet! Maybe the rooms have been refurbished, I don't know, but they were incredible and I will definitely stay here if I ever come back again. The location was perfect and you can walk everywhere!! The only thing I could think of that some people may not like would be the towels are not new & fluffy which doesn't worry me at all, they did what they were designed to do!

I had a great stay at Rembrandt Residences during my time in Bangkok. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always happy to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. One of the highlights was the pool, which was relaxing, great views and very clean — a great spot to unwind, especially in Bangkok’s heat. Breakfast was another standout. There was an impressive selection with Thai dishes, international options, fresh fruit and made-to-order items, and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel’s location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, Rembrandt Residences offered excellent value, comfort, and service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Great service by the staff and very good breakfast and 24/7 room service with very good food but rooms and bathrooms require a lot of makeover/re do.Good service by the front desk and concierge's . Needs better mangement for large groups of people attending ceremonies/weddings etc though,i got scratched by another indian guest staying at this hotel at the breakfast buffet line. The concierge mr winner first 2 days of our stay and mick last 2 days did a very good job of answering all of our queries about bangkok, where to go,what to do also arranged a car for us at a very reasonable price to take a full day trip to ayutthaya.Winner also showed on on a ctual physical maps where to go what to shop for and how to stay safe in bangkok. Mr mick on the last day of stay on my request tried to arrange a tour of The hot-wheels(i am a collector) factory located in south bangkok. Excellent job by the concierges,front desk staff(always smiling and very very helpful) , the breakfast chefs and the room service team. Breakfast spread was amazing and very tasty so so many options. The front desk staff also helped me find a thai snack i had been searching but was unable to find anywhere. I got my snack a lot of it thanks to them. I got scratched on my right arm by another Indian guest. Its like stepping into a hotel in nyc in the 90's, bathroom really needs a lot of renovation. The vinyl/fake wood floor creeks as you walk aswell leading to a distrubed sleep if the person staying in your room wakes up in the middle of the night and walks on the floor. The bathroom is in a dire state and requires a lot of makeover aswell,the kitchennete has not pots/pans to cook nor a inducation/stove just a microvawe thats it. The room is huge but desperately needs a remodel. There was some wedding/ceremony at this hotel on day 3 of our stay here and there was a large group of indian guests from the wedding party, leading to a long snaking queue to enter the restaurant where breakfast is served. One of the guests scatched me on my arm, and asked me to move aside because they wanted to skip the queue,could have asked me verballly but decided to touch/scratch and ask,the hotel should have arranged breakfast for the wedding/whatever party somewhere else, bunch of more indians tried to skip queue,the staff was quick to send them back in line. Sort of ruined my experience.

Rembrandt Residences Bangkok is located in a very good and elite area of the city. There are plenty of Indian restaurants nearby, which is very convenient for travelers. The hotel appears to have been refurbished recently and feels clean, elegant, and well maintained. I had booked a superior room and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a 1-BHK–style room, which was really nice and spacious. Although a few amenities look slightly old and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy, the rooms and overall facilities were very comfortable. Considering the location, cleanliness, and service, it offers great value for the money. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.
