Great location! Located right inside of the Korea Town with plenty of dining options. Restaurant downstairs offers great (and pricey) drinks! We had a great experience at breakfast and an extremely kind waitress who surprised us with a free cake for our anniversary. The only complaint is that the connecting rooms have low sound proofing and you can hear whoever is beside you.

Heartfelt Thanks for Your Exceptional Service
Dear Bell Staff Team,
I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding service I received during my recent stay at Martinique Your team's professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made my visit memorable.
I was particularly touched by Jose and his teammates for the care and attention they showed when I accidentally left my brown bag in the lobby. Waking up the next day to find it safe and sound thanks to your efforts was a huge relief. Your willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the safety of my belongings did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for your prompt action.
Please extend my thanks to the entire bell staff team for their outstanding service. I will highly recommend Martinique Hotel to friends and family, thanks to the wonderful experience you provided.
I look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future and experiencing your exceptional service once more.

The overall experience at the hotel was fine, but it ended on a very unpleasant experience when I had to leave my luggage at the lobby for a few hours. I was asked to tip when leaving my luggage (not getting back), which was a first for me despite having stayed in many hotels before. As I sat on the lobby sofa waiting, I noticed that the staff member was only making this request to Asian travelers. It was disheartening to see such blatant discrimination against Asians at a hotel located on Korea street. It was extremely uncomfortable.

The hotel overall, and room specifically were fine. I’d stay here again because the gym was quite large, and the whole hotel (including the gym) was clean. This is a Manhattan hotel, so the room is the size of a postage stamp, but so is every other Manhattan hotel I’ve stayed at.
This hotel is also a great location in relation to the subway. Would recommend this if you are using public transit.

**Review of Martinique Hotel**
I recently stayed at the Martinique Hotel, and while the experience was not without its flaws, there were certainly some standout aspects worth mentioning.
First and foremost, the hotel's antique charm is undeniable. From the grand staircase to the classic décor, it's a photographer's dream. However, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing construction, which unfortunately obstructed the view from our room windows with scaffolding. This was disappointing, as it detracted from the overall ambiance.
Despite this setback, the small size of the hotel added to its charm, giving it a cozy and intimate feel. The retiring doorman, who shared his plans to move to North Carolina, added a personal touch to our stay, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
The lobby was another highlight, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the subway made it convenient for getting around, and the 20-minute walk to Times Square offered a chance to take in the bustling city streets.
One unexpected delight was the brunch we enjoyed across the street at The Herald restaurant. The food was excellent, and it added to the overall positive experience of our stay.
In conclusion, the Martinique Hotel may have its quirks, but its classic charm and friendly staff make it a worthwhile choice for those seeking a unique New York City experience.
