My entire experience is all about Angie at the front desk, a true pro with a real talent for service. The second you walk in, that is if you’re lucky enough to meet Angie, you will feel welcomed. I stay often at the Nomo and I Love this place, I know one can encounter issues at every big hotel, that is the reason a great person who can make things right is an essential part of the experience, and I am a people’s person, it makes a huge difference if you can have someone who can make you feel at home away from home.

We stayed in the Crosby Suite for a Bachelorette weekend. We had 3 girls staying in one room so we were a little hesitant if we would fit comfortably. To our pleasant surprise, the room exceeded our expectations. The space was very large, we had two separate rooms (one with the bed and one with a sofa), joined by a middle door. We also had two full bathrooms including 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 2 sinks. The extra bathroom and full length mirrors made getting ready very easy. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa. When we arrived we were told that we could call the front and someone would come make up the pull out sofa. The staff that came were extremely kind, and they arrived in a matter of minutes. They brought extra pillows and blankets which made the sofa a very cozy place to sleep. We also mentioned that 1 light bulb was out and another staff member showed up immediately to replace it. We loved the touch of art throughout the entire hotel and the complimentary coffee station located at the lobby was very handy. The hotel was also walking distance to a number of coffee shops, restaurants, and retail stores making getting around very easy. Overall, we had a amazing stay and will absolutely come back.

The hotel was fine. We had a suite on the 8th floor. Here are a few things worth noting about the hotel and room. The lobby is extremely scented so if you have scent allergies this place is definitely not for you. The rooms don't have a mini fridge; coffee maker; cups, or robes. The rooms do have mirrors along the bed, lots of blue paint and its own distinct vibe (see photo).

Actually pleasantly surprised because of how bad some ratings are. I got an upgrade to my room, I’m not sure if it’s because I have a travel card, which was a nice surprise. The food downstairs kinda sucked so I’d avoid that. But the bed was comfy, and shower had a nice view. Everything was clean. Rooms are small but that’s ok. Overall a positive experience. I will stay here again.

Rooms are small but nice, clean and well appointed. Its hard to move around them much as there's little extra space. Location and service are exceptional. Super helpful staff and easy walk to best parts of SoHo
