My wife booked this hotel on 21 Feb for my birthday. The first impression of the hotel was good. The pools and activities seemed to be fun unfortunately could not enjoy as boat house is closed for cyclone, but there was no such variety of drinks provided in the mini-bar. Some staff members were very friendly. My big disappointment at lunch, despite knowing it was a birthday celebration, the staff only came to drop the cake and left. There was not even any music. Overall, the hotel was good. However, if you are going there to celebrate an occasion, they lack so much to make the moment special.

HOUSE KEEPING STOLE MY MONEY. I stayed 5 days with my family and my room number was 2202.As you see the picture I put my DND sign outside of the door when we joined to the room time and date are visible in the picture.Somebody took my DND sing and I called house keeping,reception to bring me another one but they didn’t bring it We left for dinner about 6:40pm we came back to room around 8:15 I put my 50$ on the tv table it was missing I checked everywhere but I couldn’t find it My wife checked her wallet and he stole her money as well which is about 260$ and some Turkish Lira. I shared all details to officer with my statement and I spent totally four hours for this horrible situation. Also they said to me there is no proof we couldn’t find your money of course you cant find that because thieves don't keep money on them. I talked to hotel management departments nobody helped and care about that even manager of the hotel the lady from German is so rude and unfriendly she said to me if you don’t like to hotel just leave it She says if you don’t put the your stuffs in safe i don’t care about that but i try to explain to her several times my shoes,clothes or my bag could be more valuable than my money what would you do if your staff steal those items i cant put them in safe she never answer that question. Summary think once again guys when you decide to go that hotel because its unsafe and never care about guests happiness.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The wide varieties of activities will keep you engaged. The food was relatively ok. However not much varieties if you are vegetarian. Cleanliness has nothing to do in their policies. I had cockroaches in my room. The maintenance repaired a bulb in my bathroom and left the dirt and the plastic. This was left their for 4 days!!! None of the housekeeping cleaned it properly. Not value for money. The reception team are very rigid and lack empathy.

Unsafe Hotel I stayed 5 nights First day we put Do not disturb out side of the door somebody took it. And we wanted to get another sign from house keeping and reception two times ,but they didn’t bring it . when we left from the room for dinner house keeping cleaned our room ( we didn’t want , we didnt put “clean room “ sign )when we arrived our room my husband didn’t see his 50$ and some turkis liras on the table. After said to me did you see my money we checked all areas but we didnt see that , so ı decided to check my wallet we were shocked because all cash has gone. My husband went to the hotel resepsions told them Police came and got to the hotel and had procedure. Hotel stuffs who was care about that situation just talked to me and they told me please don’t share that anyone we will make it up but it was no action so we wanted to get back our money thats it . Hotel didnt give back our money. Summary this is unsafe,unprofessional hotel our 360$ has gone

I am currently staying here in room 2106 and I have to say that the Wifi internet connection is the worst I have experienced in the last 5 years and we go on vacation every month. Not only in the room but everywhere throughout the campus. You connect and it disconnects you in 10 seconds. We can't even send photos home to the family. Totally wrong. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the cleanliness is average, the staff is nice but at the same time forgetful. The food is average sometimes below average. All inclusive means that you have both food and drink included in the price, but today we were charged for Rum at the bar and we were surprised. :-( Apparently there are other restaurants where you have to sign in and reserve a table in advance, unfortunately even the reception couldn't tell me where they are and the reception doesn't have a map of the hotel garden to show us where things are. We've been here for the second night so far and this is our experience .Judge for yourself whether this hotel is good or bad.I go to Dusseldorf and there is also a Hotel Maritim near the airport and it is a much better hotel than this one here in Mauritius.It can't even be compared, the only thing that is the same is the prices!The management of the hotel should think above me! My friend is staying in room 2308 and they have a broken bed, we complained about it and I wonder when and how they will solve it. The garden and the beaches are beautiful, but we are here for the second day and neither yesterday nor today they could give us beach towels because they were not .
