The hotel is in a beautiful location, and has a private beach area with a nice area of sea to swim in. The beach/pool facilities are great and it's a lovely place to relax. There are lots of really lovely places to sit and enjoy, either with a drink or without. Would recommend going all-inclusive at this location. It's an adults only hotel so the majority of the guests are couples between late 20s and early 40 which made it a very chill and relaxing stay😊 the food is exceptional even in a buffet, breakfast and dinner were great on all days, great variety! Excellent staff and an incredible customer service, everyone is approachable and helpful and such a pleasure to be around. The resort environment definitely had an eco/botanical feel which made it very easy for us to feel instantly relaxed and detached from everyday stresses! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Lagoon Attitude to anyone👌🙌🫶

It was our best trip yet. We had an incredible 1 week stay at the resort and cannot fault them in any way. The resort is well maintained with lush greenery and always clean. Food was excellent with a wide variety and so much too choose from. The choices and experiences at Lemongrass and Coral was fine dining at its best. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Evening entertainment was varied and something to look forward to every evening.

Overall we really enjoyed our time at the Lagoon Attitude Hotel! Nice modern hotel with a beautiful garden and style. Very friendly staff! The rooms are okay. The only con is the beach, since you can’t really swim in the very shallow water, also pools are ice cold. Unfortunately, it was also extremely windy during our stay, so we could not spend much time at the beach. The buffet was huge, lots of variety. Great desserts! But I got food poisoning from the dinner buffet and ended up in the hospital (never ate outside of the hotel). So be careful.

I am not sure if we just ended up being extremly unlucky with our room however, we were placed opposite a cleaning storage cupboard and were awoken every morning at 7am by crashing doors and loud cleaning trolleys as well as staff talking loudly outside of our room which was extremly annoying. The hotel is in a fabulous location and the beach is great. The majority of the staff were extremely friendly however, some not so much. Food not to our taste and not much of a selection so we found ourselves quite hungry each evening. However, the breakfast buffet was fabulous and we could not fault that as well as the all inclusive drink selection. The gala dinner was a nice touch and the staff on that evening went above and beyond. The entertainment for our stay was very different however, on our last night the band were great and got everyone up dancing. Unfortunately, I don't think we would stay here again should we return to Mauritius.

Very Poor service by the staffs - they are very rude.
We arrived at the hotel as 2 friends - our aim is to go to the event at the hotel .
I met another friend at the event and at some point offered to have a drink in my room - it was blue label and just wanted to share a glass with the friend.
On my way to my ride the hotel staffs stopped us and treat me and my friend like criminals , without any customer oriented approach. They are very arrogant and one wanted to hit me also.
They told me to pack our bag and leave , without them refund our money. They bring security for just escorting me at the door.
Worst experience ever with very unprofessional staffs
Avoid at all cost because they are not flexible at all and have ego type attitude towards customers . Read other reviews you can see. They have also paid an agency to put false reviews which are positive.
[The manager below has replied and he is lying]. Ruben the manager was intoxicated and rudely asked and called police and security to escort me out in front of all other guests. On top of that I didn’t get my refund. My lawyer will contact for defamation and they will pay more as damages .
It seems that they are likely to prefer European tourist .
