It was our best trip yet. We had an incredible 1 week stay at the resort and cannot fault them in any way. The resort is well maintained with lush greenery and always clean. Food was excellent with a wide variety and so much too choose from. The choices and experiences at Lemongrass and Coral was fine dining at its best. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. Evening entertainment was varied and something to look forward to every evening.

Overall we really enjoyed our time at the Lagoon Attitude Hotel! Nice modern hotel with a beautiful garden and style. Very friendly staff! The rooms are okay. The only con is the beach, since you can’t really swim in the very shallow water, also pools are ice cold. Unfortunately, it was also extremely windy during our stay, so we could not spend much time at the beach. The buffet was huge, lots of variety. Great desserts! But I got food poisoning from the dinner buffet and ended up in the hospital (never ate outside of the hotel). So be careful.

Stunning hotel, I can’t fault a single thing about it, the staff were polite all the time nothing was ever too much trouble for them, always spoke everytime you seen them. The service at dinner and breakfast etc was top notch. The room was spotless and a nice big size, same as the balcony we had sea front and the view was spectacular was beautiful waking up to it every morning even when it rained! The bed was very comfy and we loved the idea of the shop for your mini fridge refills! The food was beautiful, had so much choice you could choose from every day, and it wasn’t repetitive which me and my partner both loved! We loved how the hotel care for stray dogs and cats and encourage you to adopt if you want too it was heartwarming. The activities they do for example snorkelling and boat trips etc were brilliant! I’m not a very confident swimmer in the ocean but they were very helpful to make me feel better and confident about going in! We were gutted to be leaving and wanted to stay another week but unfortunately back to grind :(
Out of all the hotels/ holidays me and my partner have stayed / been we’ve never received such respect. 100% would recommend anyone staying 100% would come back again!

Very Poor service by the staffs - they are very rude.
We arrived at the hotel as 2 friends - our aim is to go to the event at the hotel .
I met another friend at the event and at some point offered to have a drink in my room - it was blue label and just wanted to share a glass with the friend.
On my way to my ride the hotel staffs stopped us and treat me and my friend like criminals , without any customer oriented approach. They are very arrogant and one wanted to hit me also.
They told me to pack our bag and leave , without them refund our money. They bring security for just escorting me at the door.
Worst experience ever with very unprofessional staffs
Avoid at all cost because they are not flexible at all and have ego type attitude towards customers . Read other reviews you can see. They have also paid an agency to put false reviews which are positive.
[The manager below has replied and he is lying]. Ruben the manager was intoxicated and rudely asked and called police and security to escort me out in front of all other guests. On top of that I didn’t get my refund. My lawyer will contact for defamation and they will pay more as damages .

Came here for our honeymoon and we weren't disappointed! Really luxurious feel but with a clear direction to be sustainable. Absolutely love the zero-plastic approach. Great service, quality infrastructure. Lots of space and variation between the different parts of the hotel.
Absolute highlight for me was the quality Mauritian food at Kot Nou. Special thanks to Reena and Henna for explanining all the origins and flavours of the dishes. Loved the space and the atmosphere on the beach there too.
Ravi at Benetier was fantastic - attentive and kind.
And the Marine Discovery Centre was a wonderful surprise. I was blown away at being able to see Plankton under the microscope! The educator there with the beard and glasses spent so much time with us going through the spin the wheel game.
Would recommend to anyone visiting to take a stroll down to the red top church on a Sunday and join the locals bbqing and singing - what an experience.
Pools are clean and luxurious, views are incredible. So many water sports and activities to do.
