Terribly dated and unclean rooms. Noting renovations are currently taking place, this needs to extend to replacing bed linen and towels which were torn, threadbare and greyed. Our room was disgusting. Wall next to toilet had brown liquid stains all over it. All walls in room need to be scrubbed and cleaned thoroughly. Management comment they will talk to staff. Perhaps providing some training to staff work be helpful, it’s not their fault. Management needs to actually take a look at the rooms themselves and do something about this. All floor filthy and need cleaning. Paths outside rooms and stairs need sweeping and pressure washing. Paving around pool is filthy and needs sweeping. The whole resort has been neglected and needs a decent clean. Staff are rude and need to be trained to a 5 star level. This is NOT a 5 star resort. Only stay here if you have low expectations. There also seem to also be a lot of fake reviews on trip adviser commenting on how great certain staff are, that have been provided by the resort themselves.

Jiaying Sim

Quiet beach front, kids friendly, lovely breakfast spread and only 7 min walk to the night market. The hotel was located on the quieter end of the busy area which was great. You can easily take a tuktuk/ grab to the shopping area

The pool-view room was outstanding with the double bed plus sofa lounge seating area. I had a very large balcony with nice seating area for 2+ to have a meal, drink, or smoke. The sliding doors surrounding the bathroom area were a great touch!

Very Good Views and nice property we stayed here for 3 nights ! Breakfast have some Indian options but there is few good indian restaurants near this location overall i will. Give 5 out of 5 , pool access room is awesome! Water body of property is amazing you will feel like you are on beach 🏖️

A nice family-friendly resort with spacious land area fronting the beach, although view is obstructed from the overgrown trees by the roadside nearby. Big pools with slides, and kiddies room available to keep the kids happy and entertained. 24hr gym, nice simple rooms with big balconies and rooms with pool access. Very good location. Recommended!
