Loved the property, the location, the pool & the breakfast. Amazing location, right in front of the beach, I stayed with my five month old baby I was so easily accessible to the grocery store the massage therapist, it’s all just outside the resort - I loved how convenient it was. The pool is amazing we had amazing chilling times there with our baby. THE BEST PART ITS CHILDREN FRIENDLY !! I had a pool view room, and we stayed for 4nights, room was spacious and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay super comfortable and special with our baby’s first trip.

Very good location close to the night market in a walk distance to the beach as well. Nice pool and slides by the pool. Nice gardens and grounds. The rooms are good too. The only thing i did not like is that the lobby and the restaurant is an opened air lobby with no ac. Thank god i did not take their with breakfast package it would be so humid in the restaurant.

I had a really good time here! Rooms nice and clean, the pool area very quiet and people in the desk helped us with a tour that we booked and we were pretty confused. I would just improve some basics of breakfast such as the bread or including bacon. The rest of it was amazing ✨

Very nice and pleasant stay at Krabi. Best hotel and service. Thay arrange beautiful birthday decoration for my son. He is so happy with that. Thank you so much again for make our stay lovely.

Terribly dated and unclean rooms. Noting renovations are currently taking place, this needs to extend to replacing bed linen and towels which were torn, threadbare and greyed. Our room was disgusting. Wall next to toilet had brown liquid stains all over it. All walls in room need to be scrubbed and cleaned thoroughly. Management comment they will talk to staff. Perhaps providing some training to staff work be helpful, it’s not their fault. Management needs to actually take a look at the rooms themselves and do something about this. All floor filthy and need cleaning. Paths outside rooms and stairs need sweeping and pressure washing. Paving around pool is filthy and needs sweeping. The whole resort has been neglected and needs a decent clean. Staff are rude and need to be trained to a 5 star level. This is NOT a 5 star resort. Only stay here if you have low expectations. There also seem to also be a lot of fake reviews on trip adviser commenting on how great certain staff are, that have been provided by the resort themselves.
