Great Hotel. Friendly Staffs and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was ok too. The only thing didn’t like the hotel location is bit far from the beach. But It's clam and our Sea view room view was just awesome. If you have no issue for walking 15 minutes to the beach It's the best choice so far.

Hotel is located on sloppy road. So elders may feel harder to climb by walk. View of room is very nice. But placement of bed is very poor. AC is placed in one end of the room and bed is at another end so you may feel hot while sleeping. In complimentary items, tooth paste and tooth brush are not provided. They will provide umbrella and shopping bag. 2 water bottles of 600 ml will be provided.

1. There is lift but to reach to room you still need to climb about ten thousand stairs. On slope so really hard to climb up. And that too with luggage and stuff makes it rather impossible. 2. Really rude staff breakfast closes at 10AM we completed our breakfast around 09.59AM and asked for basic water, they replied it's already 10AM so they won't. It was right in front of the staff person. 3. NO HOT WATER FOR BATH. Water comes for 30 secs that's really really hot that will burn you and post that only cold water. Not even luke warm water to shower. We called them no resolution. So we went all the stairs down to explain the issue but receptionist was unbothered and ignorant. 4. Only thing good about hotel is the view but not worth all the pain of not getting basic facilities.

For the price this was top tier. 4* amenities and service (albeit a little dated) at 3* prices. Walking distance to everything important. Great value. Really enjoyed the stay.

Hotel nice. Rooms clean. Room service food not good. Management excellent and friendly. If you can not walk steep roads don't stay here. Workout everytime you walk somewhere. Not for older people. Very nice pool in the mountain.
