Overall it's a great, cost effective 3-star hotel experience, as stated. The rooms are beyond average. Beds are super comfy, TV entertainment is great (better than any other hotel I've been to) and balcony and view is superb. The bathroom, toilet and overal decor of the room needs some work - But its decent. Breakfast buffet is very mediocre and needs more variety. Staff are friendly and efficient. Surrounding amenities are a walk away.

It was a good place to stay in for a couple of days. However, in some areas of the resort, there are monkeys and bats. Also, I had a cockroach in my room. Otherwise, they have two pools one being in the rooftop, which was amazing. They also have a great view.

Amazing views! Rooms are very comfortable, amenities are fantastic! Situated up hill And off the street so very quiet and tranquil. Views of the ocean and mountains. Was definitely impressed with the place.

Location close to multiple halal restaurants. Location a bit secluded despite being next to the road, requires a steep inclined climb. Nice decor, but the facilities are quite old.

The main concerns we had was the aircon that made a noise, the freezer that was so over iced you couldn't fit anything in, the shower head (of which there are 2) would spray at the same time , the shower was clogged so it flooded , the rooms are dusty and aged and most importantly is the decor . Can you please burn those ( resembles shower curtains) so called lamp shades in the corner of the rooms. Your hotel needs some freshness, a cleaning service that can bust corners and edges and a maintenance team that actually maintenances the place.the restaurant has these red lights which does nothing to say come in and eat. It's more like ' stop , turn around and walk away' . To the owner please invest in uplifting the hotel. You have new construction happening around you.
