I'm actually in the hotel, my family and my first night here. We complained to them about how dirty the hotel rooms are, all 3 rooms, they send a security guard to check who seems like he doesn't have a care to the world about how dirty the place is. My mother's asthma reacted as the place is not cleaned or dusted. Please view pictures for confirmation of this. The staff are not helpful at all. I wonder how anyone stays in this hotel, or how this hotel is rated 4 stars. We stayed at Andaman Embrace Patong in Phuket which was way better than this, and the staff was so helpful when we needed something. We didn't have a security guard sent to our rooms who walks away when we still talking to them. This hotel should actually take some tips from them, the furniture is absolutely old, bathrooms are moldy and dirty. It's pathetic, absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this hotel at all and we are at the pool access rooms, which was an upgrade as per our agency but this is like a 1 star hotel. Plus you end up having a cold shower, no hot water at all. Plus the safe they have in the room, doesn't work.

Nice place to stay in karabi. Book pool side rooms which give you feel like luxury. Room service is good. Staff is friendly. There are 4 pools which are great. Kids pool is also available. There is also a pool on top surrounding nature

First of all you should be aware before booking, that there is construction work and it is very noisy!!! They start after 8.00 am. Even the swimming pool is really nice You cannot enjoy it because of the noise or use headphones. To get to the hotel from the street you need to go uphill ~ 30-45° and it's not very easy if you are not fit well or have some physical impairments. In general the hotel is nice but very old. It was a problem to take a shower, as it is very old again and does not work well . But I really liked the service in the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms was great. Breakfast is good, you have a choice.

Great hotel. Nice room clean and in a quiet area without disturbance from cars. Basic breakfast and 2 swimming pools available. The one on the top floor is great. Recommended.

Standard Thai problem with problem with plumbing (a bit smelly in our room), but rooms are clean and well equipped. I wouldn't recommend top rooms for those who likes to drink, a lot of stairs plus a maze to get there 🤪 Location is perfect, couldn't hear city noise here and the view will be good I think until they finish building another hotel in front. Good value for money spent
