We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel was spotless, with room servicing done every day. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a balcony with beautiful views of the hills and the pool. The pool itself was excellent. clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us every time we arrived or left the hotel, which made the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the location, as it’s a bit far from the beach. You can walk or rent a scooter, and the hotel does offer a shuttle service, though it runs at fixed times. Overall, everything else about the hotel was perfect — from the rooms and facilities to the service and atmosphere. Highly recommended if you don’t mind being slightly away from the beach.

The hotel offers clean, naturally lit rooms with scenic views. Rooms ate connected with doors. The restaurant food is good, and the staff are polite and well-intentioned. Service is generally solid, though there were a few lapses—one of our rooms wasn’t properly prepared for three days, and towels were missing initially. However, these issues seemed to stem from staff being overworked rather than unhelpful. Indoor and outdoor parking and a shuttle service are available. Check-in was crowded, but the staff did their best to manage it smoothly. Will visit again.

Waste of money if you think it is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are extremely small, making it feel quite claustrophobic — there’s barely enough space for luggage. Additionally, the room is connected to the neighboring one via an internal door, which compromises privacy as conversations from the next room are clearly audible. The restaurant staff were not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall experience. The hotel is also located quite far from the beach, making it inconvenient for those hoping to enjoy seaside activities. If you have not ordered food from hotel kitchen then they don’t care about room service. I asked for 2 plates and they upfront denied the service. Looks like they only care about money and not guest experience. Overall, I would rate this stay 1 out of 5. It’s hard to understand how this is considered a 4-star hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, there was a noticeable lack of hospitality. The front desk and staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service. We had already paid for breakfast with our room booking, but to our shock, almost all the options were non-vegetarian, with no consideration for vegetarian guests. When we politely requested a vegetarian option, the restaurant staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no basic courtesy or willingness to assist. Their attitude was indifferent and unprofessional, which made the situation even worse. It’s very disappointing when a hotel fails to offer even basic customer service, let alone the kind of warm hospitality one expects while traveling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, respectful, and guest-friendly experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights and our room was very nice with a beautiful mountain view. Location was a bit further out from main activities (about 30 min walk to the beach) but we didn’t mind. WiFi connection was a bit of a struggle in the room. There also seemed to be a mold problem on the ceilings in the hallways although no obvious issue in our room. Also requested from staff to replace our towels which we never got. Truly loved our room but there’s areas of improvement.
