⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service & Honest Staff! Im from India 🇮🇳 We had an amazing stay at your Krabi hotel. I accidentally left my gold ring in the hotel, and the hotel staff was extremely honest, helpful, and professional. They immediately coordinated with us and safely returned the ring. This shows the true values, integrity, and excellent hospitality of your team. The stay was very comfortable, the staff was polite, and the service was outstanding. Thank you so much for the support and honesty. Highly recommended! 🙏✨

The hotel is in an amazing location, super close to all the shops, bars and restaurants, which made getting around really easy. Ao Nang Beach is also close by, with easy access to long-tail boats to Railay, which was a big plus for us. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room itself was okay but quite small. Unfortunately, the linen and towels didn't feel the cleanest, and the bathroom was a bit grotty - the shower in particular didn't feel very pleasant to use. Overall, despite a few negatives, the location and convenience really made up for it and I would still recommend the hotel.
Curvy Killer
First of all we booked 2 rooms for 7 nights and expecting that we will get the room next to each other as a common sense. The staff said it was full and we managed to get it the other day. Location is too far from the beach. The restaurant was so dirty at breakfast tables. The foods was so cold except the eggs station. I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights from 22nd to 29th December to Celebrate Christmas but my Son had food poisoning from the hotel foods and I let the front know and the restaurant know but no one ever contact me and concern about my son. The staff never even pay attention or asking how he feel and no responsibilities from the restaurant or the hotel. The services are so bad and out of standards. If we stay at other 4 or 5 stars hotels they will concern and bring some fruits and flowers and wish my son recover soon and pay for the medical bills. This is not acceptable and very low qualities of Centara group. We spend almost 5,000 baht per night and this is worse time stay at this Centara hotel group.

The room was fine and sufficient if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel. However, keep in mind that Ao Nang Beach and the main area with restaurants and shops are quite far by foot (around 25 minutes walk). The hotel does offer a shuttle bus, but it runs only every 2 hours and the return trips from the beach to the hotel are also limited.

Best Family room layout we’ve seen in Thailand! Affordable and excellent location. Walking distance to local shops and everything you need in Ao Nang, Krabi. 5 minutes walking distance to North Wall climbing crag and lots of Muay Thai gyms. The staff are incredibly lovely and responsive, even allowing us a late 2pm checkout as our flight was delayed. Highly, highly recommend and will return as our regular hotel in Krabi - very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. Stunning Mountain View’s and relaxing pool. Thank you very much for your kind and considerate hospitality!
