The Hotel is located around 1.6 kilometers from the beach. Nice are some typical Thai restaurants around. We've spent a few nights here and we're quite satisfied with the room, service and breakfast. For breakfast they offer a variety of different things so everyone should find something. The pool area has a pretty nice view towards the mountains.

That’s a very nice hotel with a perfect Mountain View from a Pool view room (make sure you book this category if you want a view like in the picture). Good breakfast and nice gym. They have a spacious parking garage if you’re driving.

I'm really disappointed. The hotel itself and the rooms are nice. However, we weren't satisfied with the service. The hotel has a concept called "Green Day." Each guest is supposed to skip having their room serviced for one day during their stay. So far, so good—we don't have a problem with that at all. Since I was bedridden today due to food poisoning, which I most likely caught from the food in the hotel restaurant, we thought today would be a good day for Green Day, since I couldn't leave the room anyway. We ran out of toilet paper that afternoon, and my boyfriend went to the reception to politely ask for a toilet roll. We received a curt "No, we can't do that on Green Day."Aside from the fact that I absolutely don't think it's acceptable that you can't get toilet paper in a hotel, you can imagine how pleasant it is to also have diarrhea due to food poisoning. I've never experienced such horrible and inhumane service. I definitely don't recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Centara Phu Pano Krabi for 4 nights towards the end of our Krabi trip, hoping for a relaxing experience, but it ended up being the worst hotel of our stay. Here’s why: 1. Tiny Room – The room was very small with barely enough space for two people and luggage. 2. Below Average Breakfast – Breakfast was underwhelming with limited and bland options, and to make it worse, it wasn’t included in the room rate — we had to pay extra during booking. 3. No Iron in Room – There was no iron or ironing board in the room. You have to request it and return it immediately after use, which is inconvenient if you want to change plans last minute. 4. No Luggage Weighing Scale – For a hotel in a tourist-heavy area, it’s surprising that they don’t provide a luggage scale anywhere in the property. 5. Water Heater Issue – The water heater never got hot enough. Even at the highest setting, the water was only mildly warm. 6. Only One Key Card Provided – We were told we could only have one key card due to a “safety policy.” I’ve stayed in countless hotels, and this is the first time I’ve heard of such a policy — frankly it was very inconvenient for two people trying to come and go separately. 7. No AC in Common Areas – There’s no air conditioning in the lobby, and the corridor ACs were also switched off, making it stuffy and uncomfortable. 8. Tiny, Uninviting Pool – The pool was very small and not appealing for a relaxing swim. 9. Misleading 4-Star Rating – Overall, the hotel does not live up to a 4-star standard in terms of service, amenities, or hospitality. We had specifically chosen this hotel to relax and enjoy the property, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. Not worth the money, and definitely not recommended.

I enjoyed this resort although it is a bit further out to the beach, market and many places than the others. You will be limited by the short supply of taxis during peak times or their complimentary fixed schedule shuttle service that you need to pre-book. The price for this resort for the location is very reasonable in my opinion. Rooms were spacious and we got a balcony, service was great. The pool was clean and spacious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here
