This hotel was really great for us on our 1 week stay in krabi. Good breakfast variety, great view (room on poolside), everyone working here are great and helpful. There's free parking. Free shuttle service to the beach and back. If you want to go on a daytrip while staying here, there is tourist info in the lobby where you can easily book a tour. You might get a tour cheaper from other booths in the area, but it's convenient. Couldn't personally use the gym this time, but it looked like you could do a decent workout there. Pool was decent.

We’ve loved Thailand so far but such a mixed experience here. We booked as the location wasn’t too far from the market and the pictures made it look great. I don’t really like writing negative reviews but hopefully this helps others. Pros: the rooms were beautiful, we chose the mountain view and it was stunning. The pool is stunning. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. The main if not only reason this hotel is a yes is because of the view. Cons: Firstly, we have stayed at a few hotels now in Thailand and a common theme is the amazing service we receive. I don’t know what made this hotel different but the staff were just not as helpful which made our stay underwhelming. The breakfast options were really not great and took a long time to get an omelette; the breakfast staff were not so accommodating. They didnt have halal options also. We only had breakfast the first day and then stuck to 7/11 options which is a few min walk away. The hotel feels more like a 2/3 star hotel, they essentially squished everything on one floor. The pool, gym, restaurant (where you also have breakfast) is all on one floor. On checkout I had misplaced the receipt provided at check in which included our deposit details. Now I know they have a copy also and our car was waiting and I showed a copy on my phone. We explained all of this and apologies yet Mim at checkout said we must have the original and made us search our bags for 10 minutes, until they then printed out a new version. I take responsibility for misplacing the paper but the way they handled it? Not helpful at all and by the end I was sweating and frustrated as this all could have been avoided. Overall I think there are so many better options for hotels in the area and would definitely say to book closer to Ao Nang beach. This hotel needs to improve.

We did enjoy the view from our balcony — that was definitely the highlight of the stay. The location, however, was not ideal. The hotel is about a mile from the beach, which made having a car feel necessary. The hallways and the hotel’s only restaurant are open-air, so they were uncomfortably hot most of the time. The restaurant itself was disappointing. The food quality was poor enough that after breakfast on the first morning, we chose not to eat at the hotel again during our four-day stay. The pool area also appeared dirty and not well maintained. Inside the room, the air conditioning worked well but was positioned so that it blew directly onto the bed and our faces, which made me feel unwell. The television was very small. Housekeeping supplies were minimal — we were provided only one roll of very thin, one-ply toilet paper, which was not adequate for a multi-day stay. Check-in was also frustrating. Despite having my credit card on file, the front desk required full payment plus a 1,000 baht cash deposit. This was unexpected, and no receipt was offered until I specifically asked for one. Then at checkout, I was asked to present that receipt, even though no one had told me to keep it. The whole process felt disorganized and unwelcoming. Overall, the nice balcony view was overshadowed by poor maintenance, uncomfortable common areas, and a front desk experience that left us uneasy.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel and the staff are exceptional. The property is also pretty nice. Rooms are pretty good and well maintained. The walk to the beach is 19 minutes but its fun walking through the streets and you can definitely explore more. They do have shuttle service available and also most of the tours pick you up from the hotel so doesn’t matter that much. Definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is in an amazing location, super close to all the shops, bars and restaurants, which made getting around really easy. Ao Nang Beach is also close by, with easy access to long-tail boats to Railay, which was a big plus for us. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room itself was okay but quite small. Unfortunately, the linen and towels didn't feel the cleanest, and the bathroom was a bit grotty - the shower in particular didn't feel very pleasant to use. Overall, despite a few negatives, the location and convenience really made up for it and I would still recommend the hotel.
