It’s a budget hotel, but the room is best at this price! We booked a family room for 3 with less than 1500baht per night including breakfast! Hotel property is clean, service is good. Rooms are very well ventilated and spacious. Beds were super comfortable and big! Bathroom was good. We had the view of limestone mountain which we loved. Breakfast was decent. Swimming pool was very small but clean. Location is very convenient, close to money exchange,7/11, massage, rentals and laundry. Only negative is the room service menu, food was not tasty either. Overall very good stay.

I had an amazing stay at Centara Phu Pano. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the check-in process was a breeze. Receptionist ‘’Bo’’ helped me in the check in checkout where she was friendly and supportive. My room was spotless and comfortable with a great view. The facilities, including the pool were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

A nice hotel but lacks a soul or any personality. Felt very corporate in its style and structure. Room was excellent, we had a family room with bunk beds, all clean and tidy with plenty of space. The reception staff were nice and friendly and helpful. However the let down was the bar/restaurant/ pool area. It was grubby and poorly run. It all needed a good clean, there were balls of hair in the corners of the room, and rubbish round the pool. The most disappointing was the lazy staff up there. They sat on their phones when we were the only family at the pool and yet there were coke cans, watermelon rubbish and plates all round the pool. They made no attempt to clean it up or serve you. They just sat at the bar on their phones. The floor around the pool was covered in leaves that would have taken 2 minutes to sweep up, but every day of our 5 days they built up and up, never being swept, making the ground slippery. A big clean of the lobby and front reception area was done ahead of a big conference being held in the ballroom, this is what is needed in the restaurant and pool. There is a ping ping table in the bar and on day 1 there was a ball. Then it was lost and never replaced. A real shame. A great location off the main strip, but within walking distance of everything needed, just let down by the management and staff in the pool/bar area. A nice hotel, but it lacked the warmth and big Thai welcome we have had at our other 4 hotels while travelling around Thailand on our trip.

The hotel is nice for the price we paid, but nothing spectacular. For location you’ll have to walk a good bit to go to restaurants and it’s about a 15+ min walk to the beach area. There are a few restaurants next to the hotel, but we didn’t try them. We did have to ask for towels a few times, and the trash wasn’t taken out, but overall the staff were very kind and helpful. And I loved the pool! Breakfast is good but I’d suggest skipping it and eating at Tan cafe or one of the many delicious breakfast spots if you love good coffee and food. I did leave my watch and they were kind enough to mail it to me in Bangkok. Overall a good clean budget stay.

We had a great stay at Centara Life Phu Pano Resort. Our Room was big and very clean. Mrs. Jom and Mrs. Anne, the two Room Maid's. Gives her bests to clean up the Room perfect. and fill up our Room with Drinking Water, Cafe...Daily. Thank you for that 🙏🏻🙏🏻 The Breakfast was OK and the Pool was very clean and good for swim. The Location a bit far from the Beach. But we like to walk. Around the Resort, you found in a short walking distance nice Restaurants.
