Located about a 25 minute drive from Georgetown, this hotel has excellent customer service, check in and out were very quick. The rooms are very nice, we upgraded at checkin to an ocean view room, which was quiet and had beautiful views. If you stay on the roadside, not sure how the noise would be. The bed was huge but we found the pillows really soft. This is a great place for families, there are kids areas and pools, also fine for couples if you don't mind kids being around. The pool water be quite warm, could be due to the weather. Great food and drinks all around the pool area, cocktails, beer and everything else, plus 5 - 7 pm happy hour. There is a pool table but it is in need of a refresh, there is no chalk and the table surface could be updated. Buffet breakfast has a huge selection but much of the foyer area and dining area is quite humid and hot, they need more air conditioning around. The gym area is small but has all equipment you need to do a decent work out. Close to heaps of places to eat, water sports and the beach. The beach has washed away at the front but still accessible.

Hala Moqadam

Not the best of hotels to spend a nice vacation. Compared to the price paid we could have been to a better place. Reaching the beach not easy as one has to go down the sands to get to the water so imagin someone with physical difficulties trying to reach there. Aside of the pool, not too many things to do as adults. One of the interesting places was lock down ( turtles museum). Rooms are not in their best shape, mainly bath rooms. Cleanliness is good. Staff nice especially at the restaurant and the concierges and cleaning staff. Food at all inside facilities is expensive.

I didn't like 1 think about the hotel, the tiled floor, it's not carpeted. Otherwise, service is great. Location is great, beach is 2/5. But the pools are good. Enjoyed the slides, adult pool, the beach bar, kids pool. Rooms were comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, professional.

Room(s): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I liked the rooms but they were a little small and cold. I think they should have more control over their room features. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service was quite slow and at dinner they were gradual and sometimes got our orders wrong. It was okay, but not top notch. Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location was really well chosen because there were lots of trees and a really nice view of the beach. It was really easy to get to the beach and sea. It was also quite close to the city so if we wanted we could go there. Pool(s): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really liked the pools because there was an adult section but there was also somewhere where kids could go and it had a really nice atmosphere and there were lots of water slides and places to play for kids. Overall,(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) it was pretty cool and fun but a little standard. It was also a little old(-fashioned)and not updated.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience.Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the air conditioning in the room. Not only was the room itself inadequately cooled, but even the corridors seemed to have more effective air conditioning. This made for an uncomfortable stay, particularly during warmer periods.Secondly, I noticed that the toilet bowl had some persistent stains that were quite off-putting and even nauseating. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in such areas is crucial for guest satisfaction and overall well-being.Lastly, the soundproofing in the room was subpar. I could clearly hear noises from the road, passing cars and motorbikes, as well as sounds from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the sound of vacuuming in the morning was particularly frustrating as it disrupted my rest.I trust that these issues can be addressed promptly to enhance the experience for future guests. Your attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated.
