Pretty amazing place for a wedding. My fiancé and I loved the king bed beach view room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and quality. At times the service was a tiny bit slow with cocktails, but they were several people having a good time. Very close to night markets and street food. Would stay again if visiting Penang.

The location was great—uncrowded, quiet, and right in front of the beach. At night, you can hear nature sounds, which is wonderful. Breakfast was nice too. However, the room was with visible dust. Upon check-in, there was no explanation about breakfast or any amenities. We received a card with breakfast and welcome drink timings, but a verbal explanation would have been helpful. The staff member failed to mention a second tax, which we had to pay upon check-out.

This establishment has truly exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, the receptionist demonstrated exceptional customer service by assisting us with a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the staff thoughtfully arranged a birthday cake for my sister, which was an unexpected and delightful gesture. These efforts undoubtedly enhanced our overall experience. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities are commendable. The room provided was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully designed with a modern aesthetic. While the breakfast options may be considered modest compared to other five-star establishments, they were nonetheless adequate and satisfactory. The hotel's swimming pool, with its captivating beach view, further contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Glad I went to this place for a short getaway. It was a calm and tranquil experience. I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday. Perfect for couples to spend time together. There are also water sports at the beach nearby but you have to pay. Overall satisfied and will come again in the future 💯

Me and husband love here. We brought 4yo daughter and 8 months boy with us. The staff welcome us friendly, helping us with the luggage, the room is spacious, comfortable with a great pool view and Seaview. We enjoy the natural scene. Just a small walk can reach seaside and play sands. The hotel provides a picnic package, which is very convenient. The pool is very enjoyable.. there is a space that u can play with congkat and tables tennis. It will be perfect if we can open the window and those ants, flies, bee keep outside. Definitely will consider to come again
