Had a lovely stay there for short vacation. The check-in process so bit slow but overall they compensate us with room upgrade which we appreciated it. Love the view from our room balcony. Love their pool and water activities. We tried parasailing there by the beach and had lots of fun. I love that can listen to music under the pool, great experience! Food at hotel was not bad too. We enjoy shopping at the Hard Rock gift shop too.

Kids friendly hotel with a mini water park. Suitable for family with young kids. There are full day activities at kids club to make the kids fully occupied. We will definitely come back again. Great hospitality, spacious room and fantastic facilities. Thumbs up for the services. We spent 4 great days in this hotel in March 2024 (2 connected rooms for 2 adults and two kids) and really enjoyed our stay here: the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet is astonishing and very rich!!! The pool area is the largest I’ve ever seen in a holiday resort. It’s definitely recommended to rent a tube (5RM per day or 10 for a double) to chill in the pool. I also liked the gym very much- it’s well equipped. The items from the stars are also very interesting- like strolling around in a museum… The only thing I didn’t like: you must use the elevator, there are no stairs….

After checking into the Kid's suite, we immediately noticed the air-conditioning was not cooling correctly. I was surprised to learn that the hotel technician had to remove and clean two filters that were clogged with layers of dust. The most frustrating issue was the constant noise from the air conditioning ducts throughout the day and night, especially during the quiet night. On a positive note, I want to commend the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff at the hotel cafe, poolside bar, and Hard Rock Cafe.

Great family experience each time. It's our 3rd visit here and we love it. The design of the pool is wonderful as there are also beach sections for the children to play with sand. My kids love the slides, the basketball hoop in the pool and the varieties of deep and shallow areas for them to swim in. Plenty of beach chairs for parents to lounge in, shady areas in and out of the pool to stay protected from the sun, and the slides are also adult friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service from the staff is excellent. Vinud from the hotel team has been very kind to our family and is an asset to Hard Rock. Huge compliments to him, always making us feel welcomed.
