I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was abysmally late for everything, from check-in to room service. I had to wait for hours before anyone attended to my requests. To make matters worse, there were ants roaming around the beds, which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not promptly addressed. Adding to the discomfort, there was no bathroom mat provided, making the floor slippery and dangerous after a shower. Room cleaning services were abysmal. They only cleaned the room after I explicitly asked them to do so. This should have been done beforehand without any reminders. It felt like basic hospitality standards were not met. The food was also a major letdown. It lacked variety. I expected a lot more from a resort of this supposed caliber. Overall, my stay at was far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free vacation.

I recently spent a week at this hotel and overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The food was good with a sufficient variety to choose from. The activities organized by the animation team were enjoyable and well-managed, keeping guests entertained throughout the day. The rooms were not luxurious, but they were comfortable and met my needs. However, I was disappointed with the beach. The water was shallow and the seabed was covered with a lot of seaweed, which made swimming less enjoyable. Despite the beach, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

I am a regular guest of BM resort & always book for my leisure's. While I make booking with BM or any website I'll just call to Mr. Adnan at reception to confirm my booking. He is always there to take care of my family from reservation till check-out. I have stayed many times along with my DOG.I like Room 554 because its very close to the beach & easy to handle the DOD as well. Alongside I have booked 1-sweet room for my children, which they gave me near the main Pool. Its like second home to me. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I am staying at BM Resort and had a highly disappointing experience. Despite booking 12 rooms or more, the service and food quality were terrible. The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional, with simple requests taking too long to be addressed. Many rooms had cleanliness issues. The food was bland, poorly prepared, and the chicken served yesterday in the room was not properly cooked . Given the number of rooms we booked, we expected much better service and hospitality. BM Resort failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to significantly improve their service and food quality.

It was a great experience for us including our dog. The pet friendly section was very accommodating. Other guests were very friendly as well knowing that this section is pet friendly. Rooms were good and clean although they are slightly older and it shows in some places like the sound of AC and paint etc.. but that is part of wear and tear. Food was good too. The menu was all encompassing. And everything was tasty. Location could have been a little bit better considering waves were missing due to the huge lagoon. But it's what it is. Overall 4/5 stars. One extra for being pet friendly and mentioning it appropriately.
