Stayed there last week for 3 nights... Such a memorable experience. PARKROYAL has its own standards and they exceed themselves every time. I took a family room that can accommodate 4 people, it was so spacious, with lovely beach view and very clean and tidy. Buffet spread is awesome and the staff there are professional and courteous. Will hit again soon....

Kid friendly resort with water activities on the property! It’s a lovely place and the staff are kind. A bit on the busy side, because the prices are quite affordable. However, it’s still calm enough to have a pleasant stay. My favorite activity was the jet ski, which costs RM240 for 30 minutes and it’s right by the beach area of the resort. You can pay with your card or cash. Couples? Keep in mind that this isn’t a very romantic environment, just being honest. Because it is family friendly, there are tons of kids running and screaming around, enjoying the water park next to the pool. Don’t visualize yourself taking a nap on the hammock, because that won’t happen lol. Besides that, everything else was great. Food is good for the price and again, the staff are very kind. It was my birthday so they sent a complimentary cake to my room. 🙏 Last but not least, their continental breakfast is A++ 👍 seriously, a great selection of foods from East & West.

Second visit since after renovation, love this resort coz here are family friendly, beach is clean and less crowded. Pool and others facilities are maintained good. But the room cleanliness still can improve, two times visit also when check in the room are not clean enough. Found hair and dusty on the floor, but anyway after request house keeping they clean it.

We had an amazing 7 nights ocean facing room, everything was perfect the breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. The staff were friendly, greeting us with a beautiful smile every day. Unfortunately guest thought it was okay to place their belonging on the lounges and not occupying them until later in the day. Simple sign no reserving of lounges allowed would solve this problem. As seen at other resorts.

We got day passes for the pool. They were quite pricey, $40/person, but the two pools and the splash pad area were amazing. One of the pools has two very fun water slides that were run by attendants. The gardens are lovely and lit at night. The beach view is lovely especially at sunset. One can access the beach directly from the hotel grounds. There are tables and grass and umbrellas and hammocks that are great for killing an afternoon. Food and service at the restaurants is spotty. Some dishes were good, some very poor. Likewise service varies dramatically between staff. The restaurant’s are quite pricey for what is probably the most boring place to eat in the entire island.
