Our room service attendant—whose name I, unfortunately, can’t recall—was absolutely outstanding. We were staying in room 1525, and he was thoughtful, friendly, attentive, and a genuine pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. Exceptional service, every single staff person was pleasant and competent. Grounds were well designed and maintained. Pricier than other hotels but worth it IMO if you’re looking for a quiet luxurious place. Only thing is there is no longer a beach that you can walk/swim in due to erosion past few years.

I’ve been visiting this resort for more than 10 years and the service is impeccable. The gracious staff and hospitality keeps us coming back. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the cuisine at all the restaurants is superb. Some of the rooms are getting a little tired due to wear and tear, but this is minimal. If you stay in the Rasa Wing, be sure to enjoy their complimentary afternoon tea and evening drinks/appetizers.

We could not fault this place. Stayed 6 nights, drank, ate and was merry the whole time. From check in until check out every staff member was highly professional, attentative, warm and friendly. This place sets the standard for resort style living. It is absolutely worth every penny spent. Do not regard the low scoring reviews for this place, those people are just unhappy all the time no matter what.
