Simply amazing! Staff - so friendly! Always happy to have a chat and never without smiles. Food/drink- so much choice! Good quality and an excellent variety Facilities - there is so much space that no matter what you want to do with your day you won’t be uncomfortable Rooms- perfect size! Lots of room, clean and modern Location- right across from the beach where there is a section for hotel guests with security there too If you want to party there’s bars and clubs within a 10 minute walk The lunch time bbq goes down a treat! Pool towels are free and huge! Can’t wait to come back!!

This hotel is superb. All staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Food is good, would like to see more curry based dishes. I really enjoyed myself alongside my friend. This is a great place to come to if your willing to enjoy yourself and have fun. Must say staff the most friendly & always have a smile on their face. I would also like to mention that the spa facilities were disappointing for the price you pay.

It is time to say goodbye to the myth of Iberostar. It is no longer the Iberostar before Covid. You’ve lost your magic: the atmosphere. I don’t know why there are still so many good reviews. I booked a pool view room but was distributed a room for the disabled with poor view near the noisy reception. This type of room should be left for who needs it. I complained to the staff and they moved me to another room with side sea view facing the street outside. It seemed that I didn’t have other option as they told me the hotel was full, so I paid for the difference. But what surprised me was they didn’t tell me there were works carried on on the roof, I was woken up every day in the early morning. What a holiday! I would say the cleaning women were very friendly and the bartenders were efficient though they were always very busy. I am not satisfied with some restaurant staff. Once a young waiter always pretended not seeing our used plates when passing but poured free champagne three times to our neighboring table. I guess he has received a fat tip. I don’t mind if you gave them free champagne or not, you should at least clean our table. For this standard of service, I am not willing to pay the high price for your outdated facilities. I assume many people have the same feelings as me.

Went to this resort last week. It was okay for the money we paid and it is at the end of the day a 4 star resort but overall was decent. Massive downside was of the rooms apparently only having "heating" which is actually not true as there is AC but not sure why they kept saying only heating ... bit absurd to say there is only "heating" in a resort like AC is crucial for a resort when it's a hot day. There could be more options with food as although it was nice there wasn't really much of a change everyday.

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel, very good location, very clean, helpful staff. A great variety of food throughout the stay. The only thing I would have liked is a kettle in the room, but I could have brought my own, so it's not really an issue. The entertainment was very repetitive and not really appropriate for young children. Local shops within walking distance the hotel shop is quite expensive compared to other shops close by.
