My boyfriend's mother works for Marriott, and he and I have annual passes so we find ourselves staying at a Marriott at least once a month. We've stayed at most Marriott's surrounding Disney and this Four Points by Sheraton has been our worst experience ever. I would recommend literally any other location for your Disney stay. However, to list the positives this is close to the parks, and we survived the stay. I wish there was more to say. To start off the negatives the staff is negligent at best, and rude at worst. I spent 10 minutes trying to email a form to them, but the printer was down, the internet was down, and later on that night I noticed my phone said the email address did not even exist. That's no big deal, but the water completely went out for the entire hotel and they didn't notify anyone. So my boyfriend went down to the lobby where several other guests were just as confused as we were. I happened to have the shower turned on, but thankfully it went out before I stepped in. I could not imagine the inconvenience if someone had shampoo or bodywash on their hair/body at the time it abruptly shut off. Also the water does not get hot- it may get warm. Next, do not trust they plugged the appliances in. Upon arrival we had to plug in most of the lamps and the refrigerator/coffee maker. It didn't matter though because the fridge did not get cold at all. We attempted to use the safe, but it said " Error, battery level" so it was dead. The toilet had black stuff on the edges of the bowl, and behind it was black as well. Which actually makes sense because the tub will overflow if you aren't paying attention. One of the two beds we got was super firm, but the other sank in and was definitely broken, but comfy in a weird way. We did not use the TV, but I will say it's the most outdated of all the Marriott's by Disney, but that isn't a big deal at all. I do wish the front desk had been kinder when we went to find out why the water was down, and I do feel like with everything wrong it was absolutely not worth the price of our stay. The elevator is insanely sketchy as well. I write this in hopes I can save someone from the inconveniences we faced. Have a great day

Stayed here 12/23 and 12/24 while visiting family for Christmas. I had read a lot of reviews that complained about noise from the adjacent freeway, so at check in I requested a room on the ground floor. The helpful staff at the front desk put us in a ground floor room facing S. Harbor, and there is a privacy screen between the outside corridor and the parking lot, so the room was blissfully quiet. The room was clean, the bed extremely comfy, and there is a mini fridge. TV, wifi and hot water were all perfectly fine. There is a small bar with a helpful and friendly bartender, and an adjoining restaurant, which serves a good breakfast buffet each morning for only $20 per person. The pool area is gorgeous, with plenty of seating options for watching the nightly fireworks at Disneyland. Best of all, the pool and jacuzzi are open 24 hrs, so even if you stay at the park until closing, you can still come back and have a nice, relaxing soak! We will definitely stay here again.

Old and unkempt with poor service Our stay at the Four Points Anaheim was by far the worst experience Ive had with Marriott. I am a long time Marriott member and have stayed at Four Points and this experience was disappointing across all aspects of our stay. First, the room was not cleaned well. When I checked it in I was informed that Housekeeping will be provided every other day for a four day stay. However, hotel rules are such that a cleaning has to be requested 24 hours in advance which means I cannot get cleaning on Day 2. Which would mean I get only one day of cleaning on day 3 for the entire stay. Its a scam! I had to wait at the front desk which is almost always manned by one person for several minutes. I was told that this issue would have to be approved by management. I finally two days of cleaning but only because I pursued it. Next, bathtub was dirty and we noticed it the first morning and asked for it to be cleaned during housekeeping. Not done and remained dirty for the entire duration of our stay. The Bathtub faucet broke on day 2 and they said engineering will fix it but it remained broken the entire stay. Through out the entire stay we did not get hot water (trepid at best). We complained every single day and were assured it was fixed. The worst part was our last night the night of April 6th there was construction or repair (drilling and hammering) work being conducted from aroud 10pm till mid night! After multiple complaints it stopped but the front desk claimed that they heard nothing. Being able to shower and sleep well is table stakes for any hotel. Will never stay here again, will complain as loudly as I can and never recommend Four Points to anyone ever. Try the Elememt, Springhill suites or the Fairfueld which all around the same distance.

Great location if you’re going to Disneyland. It’s in great proximity to the Mickey and Friends Parking Lot. The Toy Story Lot is a bit farther away but still relatively close. Also lots of restaurants nearby. FYI - The hotel charges $29.00 to park your car there overnight. The rooms were clean, but the shower’s water pressure was not the best. There’s also a shuttle that takes you to Disney. We didn’t use it so I don’t know how often it runs.

Nothing really to complain about except that it didn't feel like a Sheraton. The location is not too close especially with little kids or elderly definitely need to take an Uber or the bus. But can be walkable 15-20 mins from convention center and more for Disneyland. Food is pricey at the location downstairs. Not much vegetarian options either. So overall just a little better than motel but staff was extremely friendly and made my stay very positive by helping me find all the packages I had.
