Modern professionally run chain hotel. Comfortable and quiet. Reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was very good except for the coffee. The location is close to train and bus but not the best if you're walking to explore the old center.

Stayed here for a week in May. The hotel is in a nice quiet location 15 minutes walk from the old town. Oddly the rear of the hotel overlooks a quadrangle with residential apartments on the other three sides. That being said we never had any noise. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean with plenty of storage space. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was well presented and clean with a very good shower. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel. We were disappointed that the roof terrace was not open, if only to watch the sun going down. The very large T.V. in the room had poor reception with mostly Spanish programmes, however there were 2 English speaking news programme's but again poor reception. For a large international hotel group this could have been better. Our biggest disappointment was finding out the hotel allowed dogs in the rooms. This would be bad enough if they allocated selective rooms, however we were on the fourth floor and someone had a dog in one of the rooms. I find this totally unacceptable on hygiene grounds and for that reason I definitely would not return to this hotel.

We stayed for one night in May 2024. The staff was quite welcoming upon our arrival. The only parking option is in the secured garage that is underground, which has a fee separate from the room price (I think it was 14 euro per night). The air conditioning in our room was broken and it was at least 85 degrees Fahrenheit in the room, despite it being only 55 degrees outside. We had to sleep with the window open all night. We did not alert staff that night, as we were too tired to deal with it after having a long dinner. We alerted them the next morning when we were checking out and they seemed to take note of the issue. The shower is poorly designed where the water gets all over the floor no matter how careful you are. The mattress is extra firm, which was not ideal for me. Other double trees I’ve stayed at have had much better mattresses. Overall, for the $200 that we paid for the night, I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Angel Land

In general the hotel is an OK, but the facilities are low quality, at least for the price they are asking for, to compensate for that they give you a cookie (the most expensive cookie I ever had). The bathroom gets filled with water when you shower, there is no so many amenities y the room, there were chairs in the room which seems like old and very dirty. Seems like the breakfast had food from the previous day, specially the fruit and the sweet stuff.

We had a great time at this location! We ate at the restaurant for dinner both nights and had the best server named Moha. He was very friendly and patient with great food recommendations and chose a nice wine to pair with our meal. Judith, at the front desk, was a huge help as well, and the staff was exceptional across the board answering all of our questions and providing us with everything we needed to make the most out of our stay. Can’t wait to come back, we had a fantastic time. You won’t regret this gem whether it is for a weekend get away or simply a savory meal! Thanks again Moha, we hope to see you soon!
