Stayed in a room at the Wynn for a weekend while in town for a music festival. The overall hotel was nicer than some other options on the strip, but the overall experience was still a negative one. The in-room dining was genuinely terrible. Not only was there an overly long wait just to place an order, once the phone was answered the staff were rude, clearly not interested in taking an order, and continued their joking conversation in the background while on the phone with me. After the food arrived (an hour later), my expectations were high! It arrived on a nice table, presented well. However, after an hour (and 150 dollars), the food itself was cold. Not only that, the food was obviously frozen. The insult to be told that the in-room dining was equivalent to the restaurant, spend 150, and get a frozen pizza delivered to the room? After trying to pick through the disappointing meal, we requested the table be removed twice and it was not until the following day. The beds were comfortable, but the linens used trap heat and will literally cook you if you’re a warm sleeper. Honestly, for the price paid, and the way the Wynn presents itself, I’m genuinely stunned at how poor the experience was overall.

It’s located on the Las Vegas Strip, we had exceptional stay. The views from the 63rd floor were amazing, complemented by the beautifully designed room. Service was top-notch, making the experience even more pleasant. Its convenient location is a big plus, being just 15 minutes drive from the airport and 10-15 minutes drive from the factory outlets. The buffet is a must-try, with an endless variety of food options. Overall, it's a standout choice for anyone visiting Vegas.

This hotel is an Oriental palace. The rooms are exceptional, the decor is impeccable, and the ambiance is unmatched. It's a self-contained ecosystem, that you don't have to leave when you're in Vegas. Of course, you probably will, but if you don't want to leave the Wynn, you will not be castigated for doing so. It has everything: casinos, nightclub, pools, dayclubs, restaurants, bars, art galleries, shops, car showrooms, even a golf course. This is probably one of the 3-4 best hotels I've ever stayed in. And considering the level of quality, the price of a room is not outrageous.

First time here and we came to celebrate 🍾 our Silver Wedding Anniversary and it was a great experience so much selections as you can see the pictures I took. I gave 4 stars to Service because of one server at their Sushi and Poke Bowl Station. He has an attitude that not supposed to be in customer service. 🙄 He keeps on banging the serving spoon or tong on the plate and the way he serve it rubs you the wrong way. Otherwise everything is good experience.
