The Bellagio is nothing short of exceptional, the hotel itself is beautiful and the level of detail amazing. We had a fountain view room on the 26th floor, with a stunning view. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable. The pools are also beautiful and warm, something we appreciated. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely and very helpful, we can’t fault the level of service. Our only complaint, and the reason for the 4 star rating was the construction going on above us. We have no issue with it happening during the day, but we were woken each of the three nights we stayed there by hammering and knocking sounds in the early hours of the morning (between 1am and 4am). The second night we called down to reception at 2:30am, who assured us that security would take care of it as they were not supposed to be working at night, and they did, for 2 hours before it commenced again at 4:30am. Having come from Australia, we were jet lagged and lacking sleep which was further compounded by the inability to get a good nights sleep below the construction. To the Hotels credit, after we complained again they gave us a $150 credit to use at one of the restaurants, and advised that they couldn’t move our room due to the hotel being fully booked. We understand from talking to staff and other guests, that the construction crew are working overtime to ensure certain suites are finished by next week. If this is the case, please be honest with your guests - as we were assured that they were not to be working nights.

The casino and lobby is way too crowded. Having to bring my bags in through it and walk out through it every day was so frustrating. I expected the hotel to feel luxurious but it just felt like I was fighting Times Square tourists every step of the way. There were no quiet refuge areas for guests and no way to leave the building without going through the terrible casino and lobby. The room was underwhelming. I expected normal luxury hotel details like pillow mints and free water. On the contrary, the water in the room was $24! This hotel overall felt like what someone from the Midwest who has barely traveled would think is luxurious. But for anyone who has actually been to any other cities and stayed at a luxury hotel, this will be a huge disappointment. Also the buffet brunch was disgusting and overpriced. They also asked me to tip beforehand yet our table never had a server. Save your money and pick a different hotel when you’re in Vegas and you’ll have a better time.

If you want to spend 90 bucks a day extra on a room with a view of the fountain make sure you check the room first. No use having this view with filthy windows. And remove the damp smelly carpeting nothing says update like stale cigarettes smell and old carpets. But the rest of the casino is amazing. The food is fantastic , window shopping is fun and people watching even better. Every one who works here is knowledgeable and very helpful. I will keep these memories forever.

Beautiful hotel and casino with a lot to offer. Everything inside of this place exudes opulence. Clean all throughout. It’s massive and easy to get lost seeing everything here, but the layout is easy to follow. It’s got an over abundance of casino games, restaurants, and a few cool attractions. The botanical garden is pleasant to walk through. I found some quiet and comfortable seating areas to sit down for a break and charge my phone, which I appreciated.

Our recent elopement in Vegas, was enhanced at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Our stay was nothing short of magical, and it was made even more memorable by the exceptional service we received from a lovely member of the pool staff from New York. Their name may have slipped my mind, but their passion for photography, as well as warm and welcoming demeanor left a lasting impression on my husband and I, and we feel so lucky to have met her! Apart from the outstanding service provided by the pool staff, the Bellagio Hotel itself exceeded our expectations in every way. The luxurious ambiance, impeccable decor, and attention to detail throughout the property create an atmosphere of refined elegance and sophistication. Our room was a sanctuary of comfort and style, offering panoramic views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip and luxurious amenities that made our stay truly indulgent. From the plush bedding to the exquisite furnishings, every aspect of the room was designed to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience. The dining options at the Bellagio are also exceptional, with a range of world-class restaurants offering culinary delights to suit every palate. Whether we were indulging in gourmet cuisine or sipping cocktails by the pool, every dining experience was a delight. In conclusion, our experience at the Bellagio Hotel was nothing short of perfection. 10/10!
