We stayed here recently to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. This hotel had everything I wanted/needed on this stay in Vegas. I intentionally wanted a hotel that provided free parking included as many of the hotels on the strip no longer offer free parking. I also wanted a place where we could go to after all the fun activities where it would be like a relaxing getaway. This served exactly that purpose. Since the property is JUST a hotel and doesn't have a casino we were able to come back to our room after all the fun of the day and just relax. There is a bit of walking involved to get to the strip, but with some planning and understanding the area it's very doable. We also were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the decor. I could've spent more money to be directly on the strip or to have fancier upgrades, but this place had the soaking tub I was hoping for and the room amenities were just right for a weekend in Vegas, especially since most people don't solely stay in the room on a Vegas trip. Overall this place was a great choice for my needs and I will definitely stay here on any following trips I take.

I was taken by surprise on how disappointing this hotel stay was. I used my credit card's travel program to set up the accommodations.   I specifically paid for a room with two beds because I was traveling with my 13-yr-old old.   There was a less expensive king bed option, but I paid extra to have 2 beds.  When I arrived at the hotel, they had put me in a King bed room.  The gentleman at the counter very rudely stated that I paid for a king bed.  I tried to show him my emailed receipt showing otherwise and he wouldn't even look.  He then stated "well, we didn't approve it because we sold out of all of those rooms.  You will have to take it up with your credit card company".  I had no idea I had to be approved for something I specifically paid for, but his attitude was the worst part. The room included a very uncomfortable pull-out sofa, so I called and asked if they could send additional bedding to make it more comfortable.   I wanted to go get dinner, but I waited for housekeeping first.  I waited about 45 minutes and had to call again because they never showed up.  The gentleman was very nice during both phone calls, but why did I have to call twice?  They came the 2nd time. We soon discovered that the jets in our tub didn't work.   We tried numerous times with different instructions from the staff and the tub was never functional,  so we asked for someone to come to take a look at it.  They said they would send "engineering".  We waited about 1.5 hours and then we had to leave.  Engineering never showed up and we never heard from them. I can't remember having such repeated poor service or being treated so rudely in any establishment.  I always greet people with a smile and I do expect the same, especially on vacation.  I had such high hopes for this hotel.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Room was gorgeous. Bathroom was huge. Fridge was big and super cold. So nice to have a stove top and cooking utensils. Stayed at 3 hotels on the strip and this is the only hotel where you get free bottled water, coffee, and creamers. Felt extremely safe. Staff were super friendly. Shout out to Joel! If your going to Vegas to hang at pool and go to shows and not to gamble this is the hotel you need to stay at!!

Superb experience! We arrived late and the restaurant was closing. We asked if we could possibly get anything as we had flown 12 hours to get there. Not only did they say yes, they offered anything on the menu and never once made us feel rushed. The security was top notch! The grab and go breakfast options were welcome! The spaces in room were HUGE and luxurious and, most of all, clean. Recommended 1000%.

Checked in on a Monday. Found an eyelash in our bathroom in the soap tray that night upon getting ready for bed. Reported the finding Tuesday twice, Wednesday twice, after the sixth time, eyelash was finally removed on our last night there. Did not use the hot tube in the room because we couldn't trust the bathroom was actually clean. Was never able to speak to a manager because the front desk kept contacting housekeeping supervisor directly and promises were not kept. Also had issues with the pool. My husband had severe eye pain and burning for 2 days afterwards and I developed a full body rash, which still has not cleared five days later. Guess we should have known based on the bathroom experience. They claim to be a five star hotel, I beg to differ. The one positive experience was the complimentary valet services. We were able to come and go in our own vehicle to avoid high food prices on the strip.
