For the price our room was perfect. We had the double queen. The view was amazing, the AC worked great and you can't smell smoke from the room at all. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the maids. Always saying good morning! The location was great being central to most everything on the strip. Besides losing some money at the casino we will definitely be spending the extra money to stay again!

First time staying at the Aria and it was great! Check in was a breeze and rooms were nice and clean. I love that it’s a smoke free hotel too. The pool was awesome and had towels available for us to use. Great restaurants, especially Javier’s! I’ve stayed at other resorts in Vegas but this one was by far the best! Would stay again

Thank you, Aria, for a great business trip! The hospitality started as soon as you walked in as the hotel smelled like fresh flowers. The front desk agent, Fatima, was beyond polite and courteous. Make sure you check out her nails. Had a corner suite sweet that was spacious, clean, and inviting. The promenade floor had two Starbucks and many places to eat and shop. Didn't feel the need to leave the grounds. 5 stars all around for this luxurious hotel. Great work by all the staff that brought it everyday!

This hotel used to be my go-to whenever I visited Vegas. The spotless rooms and exceptional service always kept me coming back. But today was different. The room I was given was downright disgusting, and the way the front desk brushed off my concerns was beyond disappointing. I arrived at the room to find both bed sheets soaked. The stench coming from the bathroom was unbearable, akin to a sewer. We immediately requested a room change, but were met with uncertainty about our request being fulfilled promptly. Sophia, thankfully, was empathetic and submitted the request, offering $100 compensation for the inconvenience. Despite the initial discomfort, I agreed to stay for the night. However, my tolerance evaporated upon discovering a sizable clump of hair in the shower stall, indicating a lack of cleanliness. Disgusted, I approached the front desk and spoke with Mary, who callously dismissed our concerns, suggesting only to send housekeeping. Moreover, she callously implied that the $100 compensation should suffice, even offering an additional $100 as if it were a remedy for their negligence. Such appalling service is unacceptable, especially considering the premium prices charged at Aria. Glancing through other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one facing this issue. It pains me to say it, but I can't see myself ever returning to this place again. Definitely not a 5 star hotel anymore.

The hotel is beautiful and enormous. It has a super secure parking lot, a bit far, but since we mostly walk around most of the time, it wasn't a problem. The hotel features a casino, restaurants, spa, pool, and shops inside. Super clean and fragrant. Even with high traffic, the elevators are fast, and there are at least 3 for a certain number of floors. The staff is super attentive. The room is huge and fully equipped, very comfortable. Our view overlooked several buildings and in the background mountains and desert, very beautiful. We loved the experience, and we extended our stay for a few more days.
