I traveled to Las Vegas for business again this year. Seems like it’s been once a year lately. We’ve previously stated the area and I like the cosmopolitan much better. There’s a good mix of restaurants on the second floor in the hotel was very nice. I had a great view of the strip from the 51st floor.
I would recommend it to anybody travel weather for business or for pleasure. It was very sensually located and was very clean and safe. I would say that it was a little higher end than most.

We were very excited to stay here and loved our room at check-in. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. I would only recommend staying here if you don’t care about sleeping AT ALL. Now, I get this is Vegas and people want to party…we partied. I also think you should be able to expect some sort of peace and quiet in your own room. From our room the music from the nightclub was so loud we couldn’t sleep and it continued until 3:30AM both Saturday and Sunday night. It was so bad we will never stay here again :(

I have always had a great time at The Cosmopolitan in the past, which is why I chose to stay there again recently. However, this time was a complete nightmare. The level of service and care provided during this stay was appalling.
Firstly, the room temperature was unbearably warm, and despite multiple requests, no one bothered to fix it. Our room was not cleaned on the scheduled day, and to make matters worse, a gift delivered by a friend was stolen from the room. Dealing with the concierge to address these issues consumed an entire day of my trip.
It is heartbreaking to see how this once beautiful property has deteriorated in terms of service quality. The mistreatment by the staff during my stay was unacceptable. I would strongly advise against anyone considering staying at The Cosmopolitan based on my recent experience.
If you are looking to spend a significant amount of money and be treated poorly, then perhaps this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision about their choice of accommodation.

Stayed here many times. Ever since MGM has taken over it has gone down hill. This last trip takes the cake. We checked in and ditched our bags with the bell desk like normal. Got up to our room around 10pm. Tried to call for our bags and noticed half the room did not have power and the phone did not work. Called from my cell and they sent our bags right away and said they would send Maintenance as well. The Maintenance never showed. Next morning as we headed out I went to front desk and told them again. By the time we got back to our room they had come and fixed the problem and we had phone and power. The room ceiling also had paint pealing from it. Shower door handle was about to fall off. Exposed electrical wires. The driver was late to the airport to pick us up by 10 min. Our last trip for New Years Eve wasn't much better. Very sad to see this happen to such an amazing property.

I would highly recommend the cosmopolitan for your stay in Vegas. If you're looking for an upscale sophisticated high energy vibe.
Just finished a weeks stay and thoroughly enjoyed my time. The room was fantastic. The casino throughout was clean.
The dealers we're wonderful overall. The staff was fantastic. Highly Recommend a stay at the Cosmo
