Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Public areas were always clean. Multiple entrances can make ground transportation pickup/drop off a little tricky, but also gives you great options to enter the hotel if you're walking in from the strip. Pool had plenty of lounge chairs and a mix of full sun & lightly shaded spots. Fitness center was equipped with a good variety of amenities but is most busy in the early morning. Rooms are spacious, have great views with comfy pillows.

Check-in - The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. After a terrible experience at the Fontainebleau Hotel, I checked in at midnight and they welcomed me kindly, offering a room upgrade and late checkout service.
Room - It was really great! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and everything worked as it should (which is to be expected). It was truly a healing experience during my stay.
Service - It was very friendly, as befits a major brand hotel

Probably the worst conrad you can find in the world and arguably the worst service you could get for the price.
- the front desk staff is unprofessional and lack of proper training. They misled me about the dinning credit, overcharged me hundreds, then refused to refund and accused me lying 🤮
- they double charged me room fees for rooms that I prepaid and refused to refund 🤯 I had to dispute the charge through credit card company.
- even without those drama, the service is basically non-existent, room is cheaply furnished with minimal maintenance (better not to get thirsty cause there is no water or water station nearby).
- the resort world is far away from the rest of Vegas, so you are stuck with them.
Sure there were a few staff who were nice and helpful, but they won't be there for long with this top-down management disaster.

LOVE the Conrad!!! The hotel is a great place to stay. Staff friendly and willing to help in all areas of the hotel. Minimal smoke smell. Restaurants are amazing. Night life bar is fun. Shopping is good. Easy access to all events, shopping, and restaurants on Las Vegas Blvd. Highly recommend going here and know your hotel room will be clean, comfortable, and quiet.

Stayed @Conrad Hilton 55th floor couple days. Christopher at the check in counter for invited guest was amazing and so nice. Thank you for the wonderful service and quick check in. Super helpful!
Rooms were clean. The food options everywhere. District has a bunch of stores. I was very surprised! As a Diamond Hilton member yes you don’t have coffee maker and some things but who’s staying in the room all day???? You get $25 credit at the Dawgs food place/ daily. I was worried from all the other reviews, however proved wrong, I was pleasantly surprised with the great clean and stay.
