I had an amazing experience during my 3-night stay in Tower 2. Everything from check-in until check-out was great. Free valet is a great perk! My room was fantastic on floor 35. Everything worked and I never had a slight issue. Proximity to the strip is close and safe to walk. You can get to the strip by walking outside from where you first access with your car or you can access by going directly into the MGM Grand Casino. My only small complaint is the pool hours. 9 AM - 6 PM I think it would be better to be like 11 AM to 8 PM. Still, this was a 5-star experience in Vegas without all the hustle from the traditional resorts on the strip. The pool was amazing.

We had a deluxe suite. I liked it very much. Has a nice kitchenette king size bed awesome bathroom with hot tub a bit pricey but it’s Vegas. Service is great but expensive definitely a few other places you could stay for cheaper. Well located staying at the signature MGM you have access to all the MGM properties and of course depends on level of membership the perks you get. One great part is that it’s one of the few that have no casinos so it’s much quieter than all the others. The casinos are attached to all other MGM properties.

I enjoyed my stay at The Signature. It was a quick 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, and check-in was quick and efficient at Tower 2. Our room was on the second floor, and it was comfortable, with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom. The air conditioning was good, too. Location-wise, this hotel is part of the MGM Grand, but it’s a good 10-15 minutes’ walk to the main MGM lobby. This was good for us as we found Vegas pretty overwhelming—it was nice to return to a “quieter” part and get away from the hustle and bustle. There are some negatives, though. The rooms are tired, and the furniture and bathrooms need some TLC. It’s clear that the hotel hasn’t been updated or refurbished in some time. The daily resort fee is also pretty over the top - I don’t think it represented good value for money though I begrudgingly paid. The room had a kitchenette, but it was unusable - the hotel offers no cutlery, plates, or utensils, and I only found out that these could be requested on our last day. Nowhere in the room was this stated or made clear. We actually bought our own paper plates so we could use the facilities! I also requested the sofa bed to be made up as I was traveling with my sister, but I had to call three times to remind them before this was actioned. The room was cleaned daily and always to a high standard - lots of fresh towels and a well-made bed. There’s an on-site cafe, but the prices are crazy - $9.50 for a Red Bull. The pool looked nice but it was small and we were never able to get a sunbed, so didn’t use. A monorail station is about 10 minutes walk away inside of the main MGM complex. Overall, I’d probably not return to this hotel, as it looks pretty old-fashioned and needs some love.

This place was great and I am not an easy grader of hotels. The reason this place is so great is because you are one block from the strip but far enough away to escape to peace when you want it. You can walk from the MGM Signature to the regular MGM using walkways in just a couple minutes. We were always so happy to get back to the peace and quiet of this hotel. The rooms are much bigger, with a living room, kitchen and bedroom (and balcony). The pool was very nice but I do not understand why all the MGM pools close at 5pm. Everyone wanted to use them later. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed ordering breakfast and lunch using the app near Tower 2. Overall, nothing bad and all good. We will come back here for sure.

The rooms were great (there were a few minor things that could be improved upon, but that happens over time, nothing major) and the balcony was a nice, hard to find touch. Everyone, from the valet to the bartender in The Lounge was great and helpful. It is really convenient to the strip (via an enclosed walkway to the MGM Grand) while being nicely removed from the noise. I would definitely recommend.
