Stay was okay 4/11-4/14. Until I checked out and realized I left my dress in the closet. I called immediately and they told me to file a claim on their website so they could mail it back to me which I did. I realized today I had not heard back and my claim was left open and they were allegedly “still searching”. First I was transferred to security or lost and found and he was incredibly unhelpful. Said they didn’t come across it. I asked how that was possible since it was in the closet. His response was “something must’ve happened”
I called back again later to Housekeeping and while the gentleman was more helpful he said they didn’t find it. I questioned the protocol for lost and found items and was told housekeeping turns in all items at the end of their shift to lost and found where they are then sorted to match claims. I said obviously protocol wasn’t followed and my item was stolen because my claim was made very quickly. They tried to say they would search the closet now but I find it hard to believe hundreds of guests have been staying in a room with other people’s clothing in the closet. Super unacceptable behavior. Very unprofessional.

This review is ONLY about the Hilton hotel - NOT the Resort World as a whole (see my other review).
Considering the fact that we are talking about a brand new hotel (opened in 2021) we were quite disappointed. The welcome at check in was rather cold. Not very friendly, very short - warm customer service looks differently. Also at other times when we had an issue, the staff was okay - not more.
The room is not up to date. We booked a double room with a king size bed. The room itself was rather small. The mattress was too soft, the fridge had a constant ventilation which was disturbing at night. They still have the old school „do not disturb“ hanger instead of a modern light switch. In the bathroom (which was very nice) there was only one sink, no courtesy mirror. At least they provide liquid soap, shampoo etc. which results in less waste.
Conclusion: We‘ve stayed at many, many hotels in Vegas, which were a lot older and offer more than the new Hilton at Resort World.

The hotel lobby and casino is very beautiful. The room is beginning to show a little wear and tear on the walls. The staff is welcoming. The food court has good options. Prices can vary. There is a Starbucks and Theater on the property so honestly you really don't have to leave. Bottle water is $9 but there is a little market across the street if you want to save on things like that. It is about a 30 minute walk to the middle of the strip but when you're having fun or just admiring the views, the walk goes by fast. There is a taco stand outside of the hotel on the property that offered delicious tacos and street corn. We enjoyed Gatsby (nightlife) inside of the hotel as well.
Overall I would recommend this property. They offer 3 hotels to choose which is awesome.

One of my favorite hotels.
Clean, neat, awesome staff and amazing outlets. The meals we had were better than most of the other hotels we dined at
The pool was awesome and Casey was amazing even when the area was slammed with people we never had a wait.
The beds are great and the sheets are some of the softest ones I've ever slept on in a hotel.
The air filtration system is Amazing, we could barely detect any smell of smoke (extremely nice).

New resort so everything was clean and well maintained. The basic room was spacious enough to feel comfortable and not cramped. The layout is easy to navigate unlike a few other resorts on the Strip. Perhaps the best selection of restaurants of any resort on the entire Strip - or at least closely tied to the Venetian. A bit removed from the heart of the Strip but that may not be a bad thing depending on your plans.
