UPDATE 07May24: I contacted the property as Ignacio instructed below which they said they were going to look into my problem however it has been a week without response - in line with the poor service provided at the Hotel. Just confirming my initial review: DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
I would not recommend going to this hotel. Service and food were average - we have been to much better all-inclusive hotels but what you really need to be aware when visiting this property is that they do business in bad faith. We have initially reserved 2 rooms for 6 people but due to last minute issues, 2 people were not able to travel. One of the rooms was cancelled but no refund given (which I don't agree but understand based on the rules of cancellation) however they double charged one person that was supposed to be on the cancelled room as being an additional adult to the "active" room. And it was not a small fee, it was additional 720 dollars on top of almost 6k already paid. I spent several hours talking to the agency and the hotel and by now I lost any faith I will see any money back. If you are lucky enough and don't have any issues in your trip with air travel and etc. you might still get an average time there but if you have ANY issue, your stay will be a nightmare. If this is not doing business in bad faith, I don't know what it is. Oh, and I almost forgot - DON'T use their transportation service to and from the airport, bad service and more expensive than booking directly in the airport website.

Overall great hotel! The entertainment team is wonderful! Andrea made us bracelets and accommodated all our activities requests! Alain was so welcoming and inclusive always checking in with our family!
The only down side is some of the front desk staff and the concierge were not the most nice or helpful.
The spa staff and the waiters as well as the bell boys were very amazing and very very helpful!
The food was good, beach was nice and clean and the rooms were nice and updated.

Great value resort, great for kids, lovely staff.
- Food was excellent, and selection was great.
- Staff were A+. You could tell they are proud of the place. Room was great had bunk beds for the kids.
- Less than 10 min bus ride from airport.
- Kids pool/splash pad/water slides/BBQ and ice cream parlour which my kids loved.
- Beach was great, very clean, blue water white sand.
- Great big sport bar next to kids area w/ TVs all
over including two big 15’ TVs playing ESPN non stop.
Minor drawbacks are:
- Windy spot if you don’t like waves, but the waves were lots of fun.
- Hotel shows it age in places, but it was well kept up.
- Wifi was hit and miss
- Store/gift shop was over priced for some reason which was an oddity. They sell goggles and sun screen and sun glasses for $100 equivalent which you can otherwise get in Canada for $20-30. People want that stuff so if they priced it at say $35 they sell lots because kids want the goggles, adults loose/forget sunglasses and everyone need sunscreen. Instead people were actively going without. Overall, minor setbacks.
This resort is great value, great food, would recommend.

None of the food was very good. Very cruise ship/like food. Literally at Sunset they had “crab cakes” on the menu and they were 2 tiny fish sticks.
Seaweed on the beach needed to be cleared daily
Seating and shaded areas in high demand around the beach. They need way more umbrellas.

Amazing experience! All the workers were very nice and hardworking. Would definitely come again and is really worth the price. They have activities to keep you occupied all day. The entertainment crew were fantastic especially Andrea, Maria, Alain, and Benjamin.
