During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

I would strongly suggest to stay away from this resort. Firstly, when we arrived, the check in process took over 1 HOUR only for the front desk to tell us that the room was not ready, and made us wait an additional 30 minutes before we got access to our room.
Secondly, the AC in our room would constantly make loud, vibration noises anytime the temperature would be changed manually. This would constantly be intermittent all ours in the night.
Thirdly, the food was 2/10 👎
There were a few descent, dine in restaurants but to get in one of them was almost impossible as the reservations were always full. We had to wait for our last night of our 5 day get away, to get a reservation at Bahia Steakhouse. Other than that, you were defaulted to the 2 buffet options. The food at the buffets were definitely below average! It was the same thing every night, no variety, no change.
Fourthly, some of the staff were not the most pleasant and made us feel like they were doing us a favor by serving us. With that being said however, they were a handful of staff members that delivered excellent customer service.
All in all, the price made this place attractive. However I would recommend investing a little more and going to a nicer resort for a much better experience. I'm would not recommend this resort to anyone!

You have to pay for the black wristbands to access everything on the resort (it doesn’t state that upon booking). Line ups are SO long to get drinks with only ONE bartender working. House keeping, bartenders and front desk staff were friendly. Beaches, Pool and seating were nice! Food was okay… Overall was a decent stay for me. Although there was a female worker apart of the “sports staff” who asked my boyfriend for his number and social media!!!! SMH. I confronted her and she told me she thought he was single. goodbye!

I never write reviews, but I thought this place deserved what it dished. It’s an all-inclusive with nothing included and there are thousands of workers but not one employee could help us, let alone speak English. Every employee seemed like they HATED their jobs, and were very disinterested in the guests, and sometimes even very rude and dismissive. I had a very bad time in this resort and the alcoholic drinks were absolutely shocking. I barely drank because they were just that bad, every single one, every single cocktail. Diluted and sugary and actually just gross. I also had money stolen from my room which I believe was the cleaners. The only good thing about this place was the food and the buffets, they were excellent.

Do not stay here. We have been here for four hours and we’re already on the phone with our travel agent booking accommodations at another resort. It is very unclear when booking that you will not have access to half of the amenities and restaurants without paying for a special wristband. The food that we did have access to was not good, the drinks were not good. We couldn’t access the coffee shop nearest to our room, because we didn’t have the special wristband, despite paying for an all inclusive resort. There is caution tape all over the place. Every staff member that we went to ask a question to could not speak English and we could not get assistance from anyone. The resort itself is extremely confusing, the grounds are complicated, what you have access to and what you don’t have access to is very unclear. If you’re an American looking to go on vacation, trust me, this is not where you want to stay. I’ve stayed at many other tropical all inclusives and could have never expected such a poor experience.

My experience with this resort was honestly great for my wife and I, especially for the price that we paid! We got the basic blue wrist bands and we were able to dine at least once at all the reservation restaurants which was satisfying. Maybe if we paid top tier prices, I could understand some of the negative reviews but for us, it was a blast. Yes, it is a bit of a party style hotel (maybe not the most suitable if you are looking for a quiet time - especially towards the Gecko/ club area of the area) but there are so many things to do! It almost feels like your at Disneyland with all the events that are happening throughout the week. The Oasis beach parties, all sorts of shows that are happening, we never got bored throughout are whole 7 night/ 8 day trip. Even on our last day, after checking out, it was nice to be able to use all the places at the facility including the buffet, bar, and pool before our airport transfer arrived. It's a big resort with lots of people there but as long as you go a little earlier to the buffet, you can pretty much start eating right away. 2 buffets on opposite corners and the food was decent. The walls might be a little bit on the thin side but overall I would definitely go back. The staff was nice, the location is awesome, and the pool/ beach area is super nice!
