I spent 5 nights in mid April 2024 with my girlfriend and had a wonderful experience. The food was pretty good. There were some misses for me personally, but on the whole there was enough variety that you will find something you will like. The Mexican food night on the buffet was exceptionally good - they have some salsas on the toppings bar that are no joke and will light you up. The room was nice and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment that we went to, there was a trapeze/suspended spinning act one night that was super impressive as was the Mayan folk dancing night. The beach is very nice and there was plenty of loungers for all of the guests. I went on 6 dives with the on site Dive Ops (Pro Dive International) and they were all fantastic to interact with. All of the service staff were pleasant to work with. Lots of yummy cocktails and a bar was always close at hand. What an awesome experience for our first all inclusive. We've only been to Cozumel on cruises before and moving forward I think we'll go the AI route. It was a great vacation and we have already talked about going back next year. Thanks!

We had a great stay at Allegro. It is definitely more of a family atmosphere than other all inclusive resorts that we have been to. Much more laid back. We enjoyed the friendly service, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the food was pretty good with a different theme every night. It is a smaller resort so easy to get around. The beach is beautiful and there are plenty of activities for the kids. Our kids especially had fun at the kid’s club and kid’s water park. I recommend Allegro for families with younger children.

We had a great family experience at Allegro. The staff is very friendly and goes beyond to make your vacation a great one. The all inclusive amenities are great. We traveled with a 7 yo and there are plenty of kid activities to do throughout the day and at night. The ladies from the kids club are great with the kids and keep them entertained and having fun. We will definitely return back for our next vacation.

First time in Mexico and first time at an all inclusive resort. We loved it. We had a party of 8 celebrating a 50th birthday. My husband had a chance to go scuba diving and we will be coming back so he can get certified. The resort was lovely and well taken care of. Rooms were clean and the food was varied and good, but what makes this resort excellent is the staff. Friendly and accommodating, fun, helpful. They were the best.

The resort and beach was nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The food wasn't the best, but you always found something. The hibachi and Italian specialty dinners were good. Lots of loungers but no chairs. There were 2 tables with 4 chairs at each. It's very hard for seniors to get in and out of these loungers. You need more chairs not everyone wants to sit on loungers all day. I would consider going back if they had chairs. Most resorts have both.
