We recently returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me when choosing a hotel and the room was very clean. The bathroom was large, which I really appreciated! I also was very happy I chose a quieter hotel with no casino. I am easily bothered by smoke and it was very nice not having to worry about smelling smoke at our hotel. We did request a microwave, which they charged $35 for. I doubt many people request a microwave, and while I am grateful it was an option to have one in our room, I think they could do away with the fee especially for a Hilton Gold member. We ate breakfast at the hotel every day and it was better than I expected. If I ever return to Vegas, I would definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have been more happy with my stay at Waldorf Astoria. Friendly staff, awesome view, great location, and excellent food. The pool and staff there were friendly to my son. Very kid friendly, the valet was also kind and attentive. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. I’ll continue doing business with Hyatt because of this. Also they weren’t insanely expensive. It may cost a bit more than other hotels in the area. Even the security was professional and friendly they gave my son a toy when he accidentally called emergency services from the phone…Also they came to the room with 1 minute of the accident. worth it? I say yes!

As an avid traveler who has frequented numerous luxury resorts around the world, my recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria left much to be desired. Despite its claims of being a 5-star establishment, it fell far short of the standard expected from the Waldorf Astoria brand. While the front desk staff exhibited friendliness and hospitality, the experience was marred by conflicting information provided upon check-in/out. Though the issue was eventually resolved, such inconsistencies are not conducive to a relaxing vacation experience. My greatest disappointment, however, stemmed from the concierge service—or lack thereof. In a luxury hotel, the concierge can truly elevate the guest experience, yet here, it proved to be a significant letdown. Responses were excruciatingly slow, hindering our ability to plan activities efficiently through the hotel. Promises made by the concierge were left unfulfilled- they said they would send something to my room but never did. Even after checkout, there was no follow-up or acknowledgment of the unmet promise, which I found to be exceptionally poor form. In essence, the Waldorf Astoria failed to deliver the level of service and attention to detail expected from a 5-star resort. For those seeking a true luxury experience, I would caution against choosing this establishment. With its sluggish concierge service and inability to uphold its brand promise, it falls short of the lofty expectations associated with the Waldorf Astoria name.

Hotel is everything you imagine it to be. Service was fantastic for check-in check-out and also concierge for show tickets. Level 3 bistro can get a bit noisy, but what hotel doesn’t. We had two drivers that both struggled to find their way in to the hotel. Suggest you do some prep before arriving. We had a great experience here. Highly recommend.

great spot to stay in Vegas if you want to be close to everything but not have the hustle & bustle of many of the other larger hotels in the strip. no casino, very quiet. has its own secluded entry lobby that's still just right off the main strip. service was top-notch, the personal concierge you can reach by text message was a nice touch. really nice & luxurious rooms. can't ask for much more.
