If you booking this hotel then wait there are plenty of good hotels in this price. We stayed here for 6 days what we experienced is not good. 1. When we checked in we are expecting room should be clean and bright. When we entered room it was not so clean. There were no lights. Room was dark, we can’t even get ready front of the mirror. 2. Bathroom was the worst part of the room. Whenever took shower water gets clogged. Not good drainage to flow water. All the water taps and showers are stained. Even toilet seat is not sturdy to sit. 3. We stayed for 6 days and what we get only 4 bottles of small water bottles when we ask for water bottles they refused. Everyday we needed to go out buy our own water bottles even its included in hotel Service. 4. This hotel doesn’t have room service but that’s ok but they should provide plates and spoon to eat. Their lunch and dinner menu is like only 5 item and all are non vegetarian. As vegetarian I had to order my vegetarian food. But when we ask for plates and spoon they said we don’t provide. I get to know this after complete 15 min judgments of staff and that looks. Even I asked receptionist to arrange plates but no help. 5. Breakfast is so average mostly meat included. We decided to left hotel early to go xcaret I decided to grab one banana and apple while travelling. When I asked for that staff gave me strange look. I took one apple went for get water and decided to get one more banana they just lift up basket of fruit and put it in somewhere even though we were booked breakfast included room. 6. They said coffee shop is open 24x7 but whenever I went get coffee nobody was there. 7. On the poolside fancy beds are arranged but it’s not included in hotel price they should have mentioned online or at counter. Overall this hotel is below average I will advise please focused on room interior and staff behaviour and should works on customer experiences not on fancy outdoor decorations etc. Only good things about this hotel is pool and outdoor interior which doesn’t matter.

Nice hotel, easy walking distance to the Mall. We arrived on a pouring rainy day which meant we couldn't take advantage of the gorgeous looking pools. The room had a balcony, again with the rain not much help- but would be lovely on a day with a breeze. Everything was presented nicely.

This is a great hotel for the price! We actually had paid for 5 nights at the Grand Oasis Cancun which was so awful we only stayed 1 night and forfeited 4 nights. We were so relieved after we checked in here. Room is very nice and clean, AC is very cold, pool is lovely, and breakfast buffet is delicious. Also, it's on tour pick-up route which is super convenient.

The reason i say 2 stars is because my safety matters. Me and my fiance was there for 5 nights on the second night @ around 2 am someone opened our door and was about to come in if we didn't say anything... We spoke to front desk all they gave a us is the key log of who could've unlocked the door we literally heard it was a guy that came in and they where unable to identify.. I'm sure not everyone has experienced this and it is a very decent hotel. But i personally wanted to pack my bags and leave! Once my do or get unlocked by a random stranger and not staff i can't trust it. Not only that just simply being able to use cameras or find out who.

Nice lokated Hotel, very modern and nice design and good smelling. Very good breakfast bufett. Pool and pool area also very good and chilly. Around our room was a little bit loud, but it was ok, the bathroom and WC was a little bit weird, there is no complete door only saloon door wings like and separated to the living only with a glass wall so you can see through. The employees are very kind and helpfull specially in the restaurant when breakfast.
